I bought a 2013 Cadillac CT6 From Mike Smith Volkswagen Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never rece Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never received the title in my name. Every time I call, they tell me I need to file for a lost title. More expense on my part for their lack of doing their business. All the other places I've bought from, I would get the title at time of purchase or within a week. I will never do business there again and I suggest everyone stay away from them. Totally dissatisfied. May just run the caddy through the front window and leave it. More
