I continued my trip on the promise of Dal finding me something I'd be happy with and in my budget. We ended up buying a new Legacy with great financing and what I felt was a honest deal for me. The only reason I gave a lower score for the overall experience was the TIME it took for all the financing paperwork and that the dealership was very busy that day so Shawn had alot of people to take care of. Laura and the clerk in the parts department were very friendly and helpful in discussing the different coolants required by different auto manufacturers. She was very apologetic when their scanner was no friendly and helpful in discussing the different coolants required by different auto manufacturers.
