Buy somewhere else I would not advise dealing with Greeley Subaru based on my experience. I recently, reluctantly bought a 2015 outback from this dealership. After going back and forth on price with the sales team for awhile, I was offered a price by Daisy on a printed out sheet of paper (which I still have). The price was $26,876.90. She said that was the best they could do for me. I asked her to let me sleep on it and I'd get back to her the next day. She agreed. The next day I made a last attempt to get a lower price which did not work and ultimately I agreed to pay the price that was quoted to me the day prior, however that price was no longer offered to me! I asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to Hector who told me that there had been some sort of mistake and that 27,000 was the best he could do. These people would not budge from 27k even after they came down to the previously negotiated price. They did not honor the price they quoted me the day before. I expressed my disappointment in their decision but they did not choose to make things right. I ended up buying the car because I knew my wife really wanted this particular car and I couldn't find another one in my area just like it. I didn't want $123 dollars to stand in the way of that. I think the dealership should have ate that difference and kept a happy customer. It would have been the right thing to do. For the record I think Daisy, who was very good to us, was caught in the middle of this thing and I do not blame her. I blame the management there. More

They took the time other dealerships wouldn't I bought a new car from Greeley Subaru today. It was a great experience for me. I'm in a unique situation as far as purchasing a new car goes. Befo I bought a new car from Greeley Subaru today. It was a great experience for me. I'm in a unique situation as far as purchasing a new car goes. Before today, at other dealerships in/near Denver, the salespeople didn't have (or want to take) the time to help me. I was frustrated to the point of almost giving up on my car search. I did one last search online for the car I wanted. Karen got back to me very quickly by email and then answered any questions I had on the phone. The next day, Karen had everything set up before I even arrived at the dealership. She was kind and thorough in her explanations and willing to put in the extra work to help me. Travis had his work cut out for him when trying to help me finance my new car. He ran into difficulties because of my "unique" situation, but he didn't give up and kept working until he made my dream of buying a new car a reality. While I was waiting for Travis to work his magic, David came out and we chatted for a while. He made me feel comfortable and took my mind off of my worries. I'm glad that I found this dealership online, as they made purchasing a car, not only possible, but pleasurable. Thanks to all 3 of them for their help and hard work. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Karen (sales), Hector (sales mngr), and Travis (finance) went up and above any other dealership we have been to and the others can't match the same kind of friendly atmosphere you get at Greeley Subaru Mazda. I shopped around Ft. Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Denver and Ft. Morgan and found the best deals here.
