Poor service Service dept doesn’t get to the job, puts it off, claims it is the fault of everyone else, and they are not responsible when a vehicle gets hail dama Service dept doesn’t get to the job, puts it off, claims it is the fault of everyone else, and they are not responsible when a vehicle gets hail damage because they didn’t get around to getting the problem solved and the vehicle wouldn’t have damage, if they had looked at it before having it for a week. Continue to get the run around on a new 2017 warrantied vehicle, they cannot solve a tire pressure monitoring issue (even from Chrysler Corporate if you ask them), and cannot find a tire in the state of Colorado, even though Discount Tire can. Once we get the vehicle back, we will take it to a different dealership to finish the warranty work, and insurance will heavily be after them for the other damages. Take your time and money elsewhere! More
