After reviewing many of these reviews. I believe that communication is a significant area of deficit within the sales team. We went in to buy a new Jeep Wrangler last Saturday and ended up signing for a communication is a significant area of deficit within the sales team. We went in to buy a new Jeep Wrangler last Saturday and ended up signing for and financing for a dealer trade that was supposed to arrive the following Monday per Tyler Stoughton. He required us to not only sign the intent to buy, which is understandable, but told us that we had to fully finance and sign for the trade in order to secure the trade. We went through the long process and walked out believing that we would get the Jeep on Monday. On Monday, we received a phone call and texts with pictures informing us that the dealer that Mike Shaw was trading with had added several upgrades to the Jeep and that we needed to decide if we wanted the upgrades/Jeep. Remember- we already signed and financed. We went to the dealership to look at the Jeep and found out through the Sales Manager, Justin, that the Jeep that we signed for and financed for was never secured, wasn't coming and wasn't at the dealership at all. He did find another trade and he confirmed that this trade was secured and that it is coming from Gillette, WY. We have not agreed to purchase this new Jeep yet, but we have agreed to look at it. Many hours were wasted and lots of trust has been damaged by a sales representative who just wanted to make a sale and not build trust and faithful patron. We will see how Mike Shaw handles our upcoming experience. I do believe lots of work and training need to be focused on to weed out the negative sales representatives and sales experiences. In the end, the dealership recognized the issue and did make up for the poor sales tactics and wasted time by finding a replacement Jeep, taking almost 10K off the asking price and completing the sales contract with the Sales Manager. More

Friendly, personable & relatable. Totally himself & you can tell God made him for this line of work! He is knowledgeable about the features of different vehicles and takes the time to walk you through how can tell God made him for this line of work! Service department I have purchased two vehicles from Elway dodge in Greeley. The sales staff has been great but service department is not. From the very first time I walked in to get work done I have felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Service people seem like they are to busy to even say hello as they make eye contact and look back at there screens and papers. As was the case when I went in today to have a key made for my son's Durango. Once I was helped they sent me to the parts department who were friendlier at the start. I told them what I needed as was told I needed to show them proof of ownership to proceed. I told them I had the vehicle with me since it would need the key programmed. Then was told I would need service. Would of been nice if service asked those questions. I said I could get the registration and was told they needed the vin to see if they even had the key. Seemed like it was a problem for them to help me. I had checked with the Fort Collins dealership a month before and had no such issues on them doing it beside I didn't have the vehicle with me at that time. By this time I was fed up with the service and walked out. I will not return to this dealership for anything. This is third time I have been to this service department. None of the experiences have made me feel appreciated as a customer. More
Fantastic experience! I recently bought a used Ram 2500 from this dealership. I did the test drive with Taylor and all of the deal with Frankie Cisneros, Jr. Both of thes I recently bought a used Ram 2500 from this dealership. I did the test drive with Taylor and all of the deal with Frankie Cisneros, Jr. Both of these guys did a great job of listening to my questions and getting me answers. Frankie called and texted me several times to find out how things were going and if I had any other questions. Frankie had all of the paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealership and the closing went pretty fast. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the process of purchasing it. I would highly recommend this dealership and Frankie! More
I took my car in because it was having problems starting and the dash would say sensors need service! It started with one issue and how things go they found others things along the way of course. I paid the diagnostic fee for this and finally agreed to get all things fixed as I do need my car and rely on it. After picking up my vehicle and driving off the lot I noticed a noise that wasn’t there before and my dashboard was still displaying that my sensors needed service. I flip around and march right back in there. Long story short they were trying to charge me another diagnostic fee until I complained with management. Now I’m being told my car requires another 2800 of work and most of it is diagnostic fees because according to them every part is it’s own diagnostic fee? Like isn’t that the point of me paying one fee at the beginning and where were all these issues when they Gave me my car back the first time? I have a few friends in the dealership industry who can attest that dealerships will do this if you make them upset or if they messed something up they will try to blame it on the customers. I know I can’t be the only one who’s been taking advantage of but I will be the one to raise my concerns. More

I have owned 6 Ram trucks and went in for a new one cause they had the truck I was looking for. Didn't ever cross my mind to go here but was blown away at how great the experience was. Was hesitant to go here because of the famous name attached to it but found out real quick that my assumptions were wrong. The staff was eager to please! The atmosphere was not like one of those huge metro dealerships where you are just another number. Small business atmosphere, super friendly, accommodating and straight forward. No games no gimmicks no high pressure and whats best of all they were super competitive on price!!! If your in the market you have to at least give these folks a call. Absolutely the worst! Horrible service and my co worker warned me!. I brought in my brand new 19 1500 due to a brake pull safety concern. I drove with the service manager and showed him first hand how my truck is pulling to the right and how poorly transmission was shifting. He said he inspected everything and all checked out ok. He even blamed the pull, on me not holding the steering wheel enough! can you believe that?? Well after wasting my time at John Elway Dodge. I took it all the way over to Boulder. and..... what do you know BOULDER Service manager fixed BOTH the brake pull (cracked rotor) and transmission in one day. My co worker also had a safety issue here with a simple tire rotation. Sad how they just dont care. After all this I call last week to ask if they want a second chance at my business and the Director of service said her, the GM and the serviceanager all said" we are we are declining to schedule a appointment for your Ram truck". Seems they can care less at keeping customers OR wining the back. pathetic... More
