Brought my car in to have an oil change and my antenna replaced, I was told this would take 1 1/2 hours. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes. One hour later they hadn't even taken the car back in replaced, I was told this would take 1 1/2 hours. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes. One hour later they hadn't even taken the car back in to start the antenna repair. Their excuse was they got backed up in service, my car was here at 11:00 a.m. Long before the afternoon rush. I would have appreciated being told up front it would take three hours and I would have made other plans rather than wasting all that time sitting at a dealership. I will definitely rethink using this service department again. More
My experience purchasing my vehicle was great! Jaime was very friendly and did a great job in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Two days after I purchased my vehicle the stitching in the drivers very friendly and did a great job in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Two days after I purchased my vehicle the stitching in the drivers side seat had already torn and Jaime did a great job getting me into the service department so I could be taken care of! My only complaint is with the Title department! My temporary tags have 9 days left before they are expired and I went to the DMV to register my vehicle. They stated the paperwork has not been submitted from the title department at the dealership yet. I contacted the Title department on 06/03/2013 and they stated they would have the paperwork in to the DMV first thing on 06/04/2013. I returned to the DMV on 06/04/2013 to register my vehicle at 2 PM and the paperwork still has not been submitted. My biggest complaint is that it shouldnt take this long to get the paperwork in to the DMV and in fact I also co-signed on a vehicle for my girlfriend from Rocky's Auto in Denver about a month after I purchased my vehicle and they already have their paperwork into the DMV!!!!!! So overall my experience with the sales department and Jaime Martinez specifically was great!!! He is a great salesman and really valued the customers needs and was able to take care of them in a very timely manner!!! However, the Title department needs some work in getting their paperwork submitted in a timely manner and following through with their promises to their customers, instead of having them go to the DMV on two seperate occasions and still not having the paperwork to register their vehicle! Everyone knows how much being at the DMV is of an unpleasant experience and instead of it being regularly unpleasant now im forced to wait and have it be even a more unpleasant experience due to the Title department not doing their jobs! My wife and I were looking for a car for her. We visited every dealership in Greeley and we were not greeted at any of them except for John Elway Dodge. As soon as we stepped on the lot to look around, we were immediately greeted by a sales associate who listened to our inquiries. After much discussion, Brian gave us our options without any hassle. Finally we walked away with a 2011 Dodge Avenger on our first visit. After the amazing experience we had with their customer service, we decided to continue to use them to service our vehicles. I even recommended the dealership to my coworkers who bought their trucks from them. Five months later, we brought our vehicles to have our oil change. While we were waiting, we decided to look around for a new truck. As we looked in the lot, Kevin remembering our faces walked up to greet us. It was wonderful being recognized and assisted again. We told him we were still looking for a truck. With that information, he suggested a 2013 Ram 1500 that was in the lot. We took a look. Then took a test drive. Then we decided to go for it. Another great customer service experience with no hassle. This is a dealership I will always recommend. They have great customer service team and truly treat you as a part of the family. Well, It started by us runnig an ad on craigslist to trade my harley for a full sized truck. tanner answered us,trying to seeing if i would be willing to trade my Harley for a Truck at john Elway. I told him I have a ridgeline that i'm in the red on and couldnt afford more payment. I asked if he could get me out of the ridgeline, we could make a deal. I was very specific on what i needed in a vehicle that i could use for my familys needs. The next day I arrived at John Elway dealership, Tanner had a beatifull ram waiting in front with everything my husband asked for. We did the paperwork quick and easy. They were able to put us in the new 2012 1500 ram outdoorsman and were able lower our interest rate. Tanner did a great job of listening to our needs and wants. He was very knowledgible on this truck. He showed my husband everything he needed to know about it. He even gave us his cell if we had any further questions. John Elway made us feel at home!!
