We had gone to the dealership earlier in the week and found a Jeep that we were interested in but circumstances prevented us from making a deal. My wife had dental work done and was not in the best of moods understandably. we dropped by on Saturday just to check see if it was still there and it had been sold Jeff and Stephan worked with us and we found another Jeep that was really close to what we wanted they helped so much and got the price where we wanted it with all of the upgrades we had hoped for. We were there about 3 hours and got everything we wanted and made a deal on a 2014 that is great. The salespeople were very good and helped us get everything we wanted on the Jeep at the price we had looked at a 2013. Jeff made a point of coming out and showing us all of the features on the new Jeep and it helped a lot -- rather than finding out how to do things on your own. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy from the John Elway dealership in Greeley!!!!! More

This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle my husband and I have ever had! Keep in my mind we had our one year old son with us and the staff even was able to keep him entertained. The staff was friendly and helpful, they didn't pressure us to buy anything outside of the budget we gave them. We got the exact Jeep we wanted! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I recommend this location to anyone and ask for Jorge Duran, I really felt he cared about getting us the vehicle we wanted! We will be making our next purchase with him! We had a horrible experience today at John Elway in Greeley. We notified the sales crew that we would be coming today from Laramie to look at the truck. When we arrived, the truck was tucked away, we Greeley. We notified the sales crew that we would be coming today from Laramie to look at the truck. When we arrived, the truck was tucked away, wedged between several vehicles. The truck was dirty, with a big streak of brown, bird poop running down the side of the driver’s door. There were leaves lodged under the hood in the cowl and the gas tank was on empty. There was a full-force of employees out on the lot washing cars, and even though they knew we were on our way they didn’t bother rinsing down the truck that we were coming to look at. The salesperson came out with us, showed us the truck briefly, and handed us the keys. She asked my husband if he would be able to get the truck out, a feat in itself, as the truck was literally squished in between other vehicles on three sides. Then she let us know that she was leaving to go and deliver another vehicle. After we test drove the vehicle, we returned to the lot and asked where we should park it. There was heavy construction going on in the lot, lots of traffic and people, and a sales person told us to maneuver it back to where it had been. After we re-parked the vehicle, a salesman wandered over and proceeded to make a lot of small talk and continually tell us that the salesperson we had to work with was still busy with another vehicle. There were many able sales people standing out in the lot, including the one that was continually asking my husband if he had any other questions, or in his words, “Any big questions, like about the powertrain?” I finally told this salesman that we were running out of time, our bank closed at 5:30 and we would like to go in and talk price. He said, “Oh, you want to make something happen today?” Well, yes, we drove all the way from Wyoming. Once inside, he told us we had to fill out a credit application, even though we had come to the dealership pre-approved by our bank for that particular truck. I told him that we were not interested in shopping for loans, and that we were pre-approved. He said, “Well, that is why I was asking.” We went inside and sat at a table in the middle of the dealership, no private offices at this place. He pushed over an application, and told us that he needed our personal information on file before we could continue. On further inspection, the paperwork he had given us was a loan application. I told him that we didn’t need a loan application, because we were happy with our pre-approval through our own bank. He told me that ALL customers had to have their credit pulled and on file. I asked him if they did this when people came in with cash to purchase a vehicle. Well, no, not when people are paying cash. I proceeded to tell him again that we did not want to go through the rigmarole of trying to finance our vehicle through them, that we were happy with our bank and our rates. I told him that I would like to just talk about price, and determine whether or not we would be able to strike up a deal before we went into how we would be paying for our new vehicle. He told me that he had to go and talk to his manager. Finally, our “real” salesperson appeared and told me that was all just a misunderstanding. She was ready to talk to us about price. However, after a lengthy discussion, the salesperson leaving to talk to the manager, and many minutes passing, we were informed that there was absolutely NO room to negotiate on price. At this point, we realized this was a deal that was not going to happen. We thanked them for our time and stood up. The manager, in his pink bowtie, came over to tell us that while he had no room to negotiate on price at all, he was happy to run our credit and try to find us better rates. So, in the end, we discovered that this dealership was not all about getting us into a vehicle, but into a loan. We left. If you like your bank and wish to purchase a vehicle through your own bank, DO NOT even bother going to the John Elway dealership in Greeley. More
Chris and stephan personality wise great but I had the worst experience ever buying a car. When it came to the financing you guys had so many things disorganized. He was very patient wi I have been working off and on with Jorge for 2 years and we have given Jorge all 5's because he is excellent at what he does! He was very patient with us and was not all pushy! We gave him a price range we wanted to stay within and he did an excellent job finding us a car we Love for the price we wanted! He was always very friendly, always answered every question we had, and always returned our messages!! I will definitely recommend John Elway Chrysler to friends, family, and customers all because of Jorge and his customer service!! If He ever leaves, we will follow him!! Rick and the Employees were real helpful when I was looking at vechiles. Test drove a Chevy Cruze,but it was to exspensive.So JB and Rick Found me one that I could afford.
