We went to the dealership to get an oil change in our current 3500 Ram and while there we were looking at used vehicles to trade our other vehicle for. Zach was professional at all times, honest and sincere. My buying experience was excellent overall. They worked with us for financing and got us out in a timely manner. I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango. I found some problems with the car. They did a "we owe you" stating they would fix handles on the tailgate and that they would fix the broken bumper. They fixed the tailgate bu the car. They did a "we owe you" stating they would fix handles on the tailgate and that they would fix the broken bumper. They fixed the tailgate but only did a generic fix on the bumper. They said they would replace a clip and weld it back together. They only replaced the clip. Now the bumper will still not stay connected. I then talked to Jeff about it and he said they will not fix it now. When I first went in about the problems Stephan treated me very unprofessional and was not very respectful to me. I strongly recommend never buying a vehicle from John Elway. When I first took the car back about the problems I tried to return it and get my old car back. Jeff and Stephan both stated they don't have to let me return it and that the law is not in effect anymore. I really regret buying a vehicle from Jeff and Stephan at the John Elway dealership in Greeley Colorado. More

From the minute we got out of our car to shop we had such a great experience. Selection was good, Chris was very pleasant and knew his stuff. We were not pressured into anything. We test drove the vehicles alone with no salesperson yacking in our ear. They told us upfront if we were able to qualify for the vehicle we wanted or not to save our time and theirs. We purchased the car and the trust the dealership had in us was awesome. They told us we could take both vehicles home to trade personal belongings. We choice to swap out our stuff right on the lot. We also noticed there was some dirt on the inside roof of the vehicle. Chris got the detailer to clean it before we left. They also washed and filled the car up with gas before we left. Brandon the finance guy was awesome too. He too was very nice and got us out of there quickly.
