Recall mobile service I just got two recalls from Jeep. I tried to make an appointment for that, and I had to wait whole month to service. However, I got call couple days a I just got two recalls from Jeep. I tried to make an appointment for that, and I had to wait whole month to service. However, I got call couple days ago, and I was provide a mobile service, which I made an appointment for just two day later. Mobile service is convenience, fast and helpful, you don't even need out of your home. I love this! I would definitely recommend to others. More

Mobile Tech Our Jeep Cherokee had a recall, the dealership scheduled a mobile technician to come to our home to update the software under the recall. This was much more convenient than taking the Jeep to the dealership. The mobile technician (Joe Segura) called to schedule the appointment, and arrived on time. Joe was very polite, informed me of what he was going to do and also verified and updated other codes not part of the specific recall. Once Joe was completed, he reviewed what he had done, asked if I had any questions, and finished up. Very good experience. More

Mobile Tech I had a warranty recall on my Jeep. I was very surprised when the Dealership offered a Mobile Technician to come to my home to repair my vehicle ( I I had a warranty recall on my Jeep. I was very surprised when the Dealership offered a Mobile Technician to come to my home to repair my vehicle ( I live 12 miles from the Dealer). Joe was on time advised it would take about 15 minutes. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the service. More

Great, Honest Truck Buying Experience Jorge Duran provided excellent customer service for me during the purchase of my truck. The truck I was buying had only been on the lot a couple of da Jorge Duran provided excellent customer service for me during the purchase of my truck. The truck I was buying had only been on the lot a couple of days and had not been inspected yet. I asked Jorge to make sure he was honest with me if it had any major issues when it is was inspected, if I was to make a deal with him on the truck. Jorge notified me a couple days later that the fuel injectors would need to be replaced making the cost of the truck more than what was originally planned on. Both Jorge and the sales manager were still able to keep the cost of the truck at a great price and maintain a reasonable monthly payment for myself. I appreciate the transparency in the buying process at this dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to other people and I will do business with them in the future. More
