Deceptive Service Department/Do not bring your vehicle here! I bought a 2006 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel truck in March 2015. As we were trying come to an agreement on the price of the truck, it was determined I bought a 2006 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel truck in March 2015. As we were trying come to an agreement on the price of the truck, it was determined the truck would need some work done to include all 6 fuel injectors to be replaced with new ones. I still wanted to buy the truck because it was worth having a truck with new fuel injectors in it, however; the sales guy jorge duran figured in approximately $1800 more on top of the original price. I still agreed to buy the truck after being told several times ALL of the fuel injectors were replaced. So this is where things became shady...I asked to see some sort of receipt for the work that was done or for the parts that were replaced a couple of times. No documentation was ever produced and it took about 3 more weeks for the work to be completed. After I got the truck it ran ok, I had some hard starts and some white smoke on start up, and something did not seem right. After a couple of months, on 06/02/15, the truck broke down while driving on the highway. I took it to my own shop, NOT at a dealership to be evaluated...it took two days for them to diagnose the problem, do the repairs, plus more compared to 3 weeks. HERE IS THE WORST PART... it was an injector that failed that was supposedly replaced 3 months ago by the John Elway Dodge Service Department. I had my mechanic pull all of the injectors. Come to find out, only 5 injectors were replaced with new ones and the other 1 was never even replaced. AND the ones that were replaced were the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL parts from diesellogic.com. The bottom line here is that this service center cuts corners, and will compromise quality for a profit. After I got my truck back from my mechanic, it was a night and day difference in the performance of my truck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here unless you want to keep feeding them money for poor quality service. More

Joe had called me the night before to set up a time to meet at my home, Joe arrived on time and was ready to address the recall. Joe is very professional, he explained what he was going to do, and reviewed with me the results once he was finished. This procedure worked out very well for me, not having to take my Jeep to the dealership, plus I received great service from Joe. More
