Special request for service department. My husband and I were on a long road trip with our brand new Ram 2500. When we reached Greeley, CO, our truck REALLY needed a bath, but we could not f My husband and I were on a long road trip with our brand new Ram 2500. When we reached Greeley, CO, our truck REALLY needed a bath, but we could not find a commercial place to get a hand wash. In desperation, we called the Ram Dealership to ask where we might go. To our surprise, they invited us to bring our truck and they would wash it for us. Rob greeted us and took charge of our truck, sent us to the waiting area where we could enjoy coffee, latte, water or whatever in a very comfortable setting. Rob personally came for us when the truck was finished and said the service was FREE! He explained it was a mutual benefit to have a beautiful truck on the road! What a pleasant unexpected experience! Thank you, Rob and John Elway dealership! More

Purchase of a new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 truck I went into the dealership only to look at Dodge trucks, with no intention of buying, since I've always bought Chevy trucks. I was met by sales consu I went into the dealership only to look at Dodge trucks, with no intention of buying, since I've always bought Chevy trucks. I was met by sales consultant, Ryan Stepisnik, who was extremely helpful by showing me around the dealership to look at the various Dodge trucks he had available. During my visit I found Ryan to be very familiar with Dodge Ram trucks. Ryan was easy to talk with and I found him friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After spending several hours with Ryan comparing Dodge trucks with the Chevy trucks I visited earlier in the day, I ended up driving a new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 truck home from the John Elway Dodge dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of the Dodge Ram 1500's - both the interior and exterior features. After test driving the Dodge Ram 1500 I found there was no comparison to the Chevy 1500 which I've owed all my life. I am very pleased with my Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Thank you Ryan Stepisnik for making me a believer. More

Mobile replacement of radio -- Joe Segura I had to have the radio replaced in my 2015 Ram 1500. While disappointing to have the radio replaced in a brand new truck, Joe did a great job. He w I had to have the radio replaced in my 2015 Ram 1500. While disappointing to have the radio replaced in a brand new truck, Joe did a great job. He was on time, professional, friendly and kept the truck clean during and after his work. This is a great service as all I had to do was unlock the truck and go back into work while he did the replacement. The service was made even better by Joe. My overall rating is based on the mobile service, not the service center. More

I came in to have my oil changed since my son and I were on a two A big thank you to Ryan, Jorge, Jeff, and all that helped me on Thursday, Sept. 24. I came in to have my oil changed since my son and I were on a two week vacation all over the northern plains and west coast. We came to Greeley to visit my Mom and ended up buying a 2012 Dodge Ram, to take back to MI as a souvenir for my husband. We enjoyed all the help we got in deciding, there was NO pressure. I would recommend anyone in the Greeley area going in. My husband loves the truck and hopefully will be coming to CO in the spring to stop in and say thank you himself. Thanks again gentlemen for all the time you took with me and having it ready before I walked out the door. More
