He came to my house and performed the necessary service in less than 15 minutes, saving me a drop off and pick up and an entire day without my truck.. The Fort Collins dealer that normally services my truck, Fort Collin Dodge, did not even offer me this service. Guess who I'll be doing business with from now on. Thank you, Joe. Also, I believe it was Jeff Gregory that suggested the mobile service in the first place and put it in motion. More

mobile recall service First call to service center was unhelpful. 3 weeks out to fix R36 wire harness recall. Guy on phone couldn't do any better than that. called a week later got a friendly female who set me up with the mobile repair guy, Joe Segura. Joe called three days later to repair my vehicle at my house in my time frames. Joe was professional, courteous, and very timely. if it were no for Joe Segura the mobile technician this review would have went very differently. I give the lady I spoke with in the service department and Joe 5 stars and my recommendation. not sure of the first guy I talked to but I have no stars for him nor do I need to talk to him regarding my service again. I recently bought a 2013 ram lariat in seattle due to cheaper pricing. Its obviously a slightly used truck,it had 24k on it when i bought it.So when I got home for some reason the radio/nav center wouldn't remember preset radio stations. Everything else was fine.So, I took it to John Elway dodge in Greeley Colorado,its about 20 miles from my house.I was quickly learned that the dealer i bought it from had not registered that I owed the truck with the chrysler corporation,take in mind I had the truck for six months at this point.John Elway dodge stepped up bigtime,they took care of that problem pretty quick,then even though I did not buy the truck from them,they treated me like I did.Honestly I couldn't believe it.I gotta say that Phil the head of the service department treated me very well,by the way I did not make an appointment with them,I just showed up complaining,they immediately took in the truck and started working on it, Im not joking.Then they fixed a couple of minor recalls that I didn't even know about,no thanks to the dealer I bought it from.So,they had to order a new nav/radio,and they fixed every thing else as far as recalls in just a few short minutes. So ,about a month passes and Im getting close to the cut off date on some the electronic warranties,out of the blue I get a call one day from Joe Segura,he is a mobile technician for John Elway dodge,so he says hey, Im joe with John Elway dodge, some he comes over to my house, fixes a few new minor recalls,gets more info on the radio,comes back a week later and replaces the entire nav/radio in about a half an hour. This is the first time I have ever experienced a dealer mobile tech,its pretty darn nice,I gotta say.I did not give dodge one penny,nor did I ask for any thing extra or above and beyond,I just wanted the truck in perfect shape.With out a doubt this is by far the best dealership I personally have ever seen,every person I dealt with was very respectful and an ease to deal with.I regret not buying the truck there honestly.Believe it or not I am a chevy guy,lol, I don't drive the dodge daily,I still drive my chevy to work everyday. I f i ever get another dodge anything I will definitely be going back to John Elway dodge. So thanks to Phil and Joe, great guys who know their stuff.This all took place over the summer of 2015 btw.Believe it or not this is an entirely true story,take it for what you will. I had a terrible experience last year with our Chrysler 300 recall. The service manager said we could wait for the service to be done only to find out that it would take all day to replace the alternator! The 2 recalls on our Dodge Ram would take no more that 15 mins to do but the service manager said we'd have to leave the vehicle. It's a 30 min drive each way to John Elway's. On Monday last, I called service to make an appointment. The manager said I could come in on November 14th. I said fine, and I would wait for the work to be done as it would only take 30 mins max. He said no, the 30 mins is the drop off time and that it would take all day to complete. After a few heated words, the manager explained that he could send a tech out to our house! I said, bring him on! Today, Joe Segura, a mobile tech from John Elway arrived on time and completed the recall service in a few minutes. Mr. Segura is an experienced , courteous, and caring person and should be commended for his work. The only reason I trade with John Elway is because of Harlie Adams. We've been buying vehicles from Harlie for years. If he ever retires, I'm not sure what we're going to do. as we surly don't buy from John Elway because of the service. More

Super Happy Buying Experience Was a great experience from start to finish. We were met by salesperson, Amy Kurtsinger when we got to the dealership - - so glad it was her, she's a Was a great experience from start to finish. We had a specific model, color, and package in mind, Jeep Renegade Sport/Sand/Standard Transmission, when we arrived. Unfortunately the last standard transmission had been sold the night before. Amy was very understanding and patient with us and we agreed to check out other variations of the Renegade. In the end, we decided we wanted to stick with our original configuration. Amy and the dealership happily worked with us, and although it is not the desired way of doing things, they sought out and found exactly the model/color/transmission we wanted. And, in one day (not counting Sunday, when they are closed), they got our Renegade up to Greeley and into our hands. We couldn't be happier with the dealership, the experience, and especially Amy who went out of her way to make us happy and make the whole process a smooth one. More
