I gave her a list of my requirements and she fulfilled them. I am in sales myself and understand that you have to bring value and trust to any potential partnership. Amy exceeded this. She was very time conscience. The manager and finance staff also did a great job of not playing the cat and mouse games that dealerships can play. This was my second vehicle and Amy was the single most important reason I returned, not because of the dealership name. (Sorry Mr. Elway). Thank you again! More

Called on Wednesday to ask if the service was done, they said they didn't have our truck. We must of dropped it off at a different dealer!wrong!! Ramon signed it in and gave him our keys. And he gave me his business card! They called and told us, we lost your truck! Found it four hours later, wasn't his fault and someone's else's fault. Charged us full amount and lagged about loosing our pick up. Never take your vehicle here for service! Kelly Cogswell More

We were informed that an additive had to be added to the oil to properly determine where the leak was coming from and then we would "need to drive it for a few days and then schedule a follow up". Apparently a large oily spot on the floor is no longer adequate proof of an oil leak for warranty service. When we attempted to schedule the follow up a week later we were then told we needed to "drive it at least 500 miles". Once we had driven the vehicle the recommended 500 miles we scheduled the appointment. We dropped off our Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 weeks ago and have little to no communication from the dealer. We have called several times to get an update or status and each time it has been a different answer. Originally it was the DEF system, then system updates, gaskets, to finding metal in the oil pan. As our vehicle has been in the shop 14 times in 2 years for consistent and repetitive issues, (3 times for oil leaks, 2 times for the DEF system, wheel bearings, and numerous other electronic issues a new vehicle should not experience) we involved Chrysler corporate and that has only added to the frustration. We received a call from an individual stating they were Chrysler reps but could not verify the current warranty issue or previous issues we have had with the vehicle. Refuse to give a call back number, or a simple email but a Promise to call back last Monday by 3pm. As of this post no call has been received, no voice mails no emails or other return calls. When we called the number back that came up on caller ID it was for a totally different person than who I just hung up with. I have called and left 3 messages for the "Service" Manager (A title that is loosely interpreted) with no return calls. Today his VM box is full. I have also attempted to contact the dealership General Manager with no success. Today when we spoke to the Technician we were informed our vehicle would be in the shop for at least another 3 weeks. (Parts availability). While Chrysler corporate stated no order has been entered for the parts only a request for approval for a new engine block. I asked for the "Service" Manager and was informed he was on another call and could not speak to me. When I asked to speak to another manager I was told they were all in a meeting and I should try back this afternoon. I will attempt to call again this afternoon but am confident no one will be available to speak to me. I am also extremely confident that I will once again receive numerous apologies for a lack of communication, then a summary of my needed vehicle repairs that may or may not support what the technician stated this morning. The only reason this is receiving 1 star is google will not allow a post with a lower rating. My recommendation "BUYER BEWARE" with Chrysler and this dealership for a lack of service. If you need warranty work performed you will need to be involved from the beginning to the end. Do not blindly trust that the manufacturer or dealer have your best interest in mind. Through their actions, and statements it is clear to me they do not. If you want to know what is going on with your vehicle you will need to force the issue of communication, follow up and verification. If you do not you will not get what you paid for. Until our vehicle is repaired we will continue to drive the filthy roller skate with a broken window and a smell that can not be identified that was graciously provided as a loaner by John Elway Chrysler in Greeley. To be fair it is at least better than the first loaner we were given. Update: After 7 weeks in the shop a new engine and yet another DEF system we have had the vehicle back for 3 weeks. Now we apparently have injector problems that require our another visit for correction. To top it off today we were told the injectors would not be covered under warranty. After replacement of the engine we were also informed that there is no additional warranty on the new Chrysler engine. Even Napa offers a warranty. More

The salesman tells me my rate and payment are higher then we initially agreed upon. He already had ALL my info. He knew what i could get.. My fault for signing ahead of time, took his word for it, didn't mean anything. They stated they would work the next week on getting the numbers down, of course they didn't do anything. Still haven't heard who is financing my car. Would not recommend this dealership. Didn't think they were the type of dealership to say anything to make a sale, i was wrong. More
