Mobile Air Bag Recall Repair- Outstanding I was notified of an air bag recall on my Dodge Durango. From the moment I called John Elway Dodge in Greeley the customer service has been exceptiona I was notified of an air bag recall on my Dodge Durango. From the moment I called John Elway Dodge in Greeley the customer service has been exceptional. When I spoke to the service department last Thursday everything has moved forward very smoothly. Everyone has been helpful and extremely customer service oriented. Today, Joe Segura arrived to change out the recalled parts. He was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated the entire process well. After he finished, he explain next steps as well as how to contact him if needed. I appreciated his wonderful customer service. I am blown away by the customer service from John Elway Dodge in Greeley. Every encounter has been smooth and quick. More

Beware of sabotage Took my vehicle into John Elway Dodge for a light switch warranty service. I was not happy with the way they handled the appointment and decided that Took my vehicle into John Elway Dodge for a light switch warranty service. I was not happy with the way they handled the appointment and decided that I did not want them to work on my vehicle. When I got my vehicle home it seemed to be running very rough and missing a lot. I was suspicious of what they may have done but I decided to give it a tune-up because it needed one anyway. I changed the plugs and the wires and a new coil to no avail, it still ran the same, very rough and missing. I looked up the cylinder sequence online to make sure that the plug wires we're on the right terminal. I discovered that two of the plug wires were switched. Wow I wonder how that happened maybe it's because I just left John Elway Dodge. More
