Stranded We were traveling back home to Texas from Canada. When crossing into Colorado my Jeep started haveing electrical issues. I googled Jeep dealership clo We were traveling back home to Texas from Canada. When crossing into Colorado my Jeep started haveing electrical issues. I googled Jeep dealership closest to me and John Elway Jeep came up. This was around 3 pm. They said bring it in and they will see what they can do. Everyone was great. Cyndi Pickle and the guys got the issue resolved changed out my battery. We were back on the road to Texas by 4:40. Thanks guys!!!!!!!! You were awesome!!!! More

One of the issues the dealership has is a very high rate of turn-overs in their service department personnel. It is rare that you will deal with an employee that has been there more than one year. On my latest visit for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment I waited for over 45 minutes for a shuttle ride back to my home (the service writer did not follow up on my request for a ride). A salesman came by and asked me what I was waiting for and he finally was able to get me a ride. The service to be performed was an oil change, tire rotation and a check of the electrical charging system. Approximately four hours after I dropped the car off, a mechanic called me and asked me why I wanted the electrical system checked. I explained why, even though I had previously explained the issue to the service person on two separate occasions. I then asked him if they had completed the oil change and tire rotation and he replied that he didn't know anything about a tire rotation, but he would make sure it was done. About two hours later, I received a call saying that my car was ready for pickup. I said I needed a ride back to the dealership and they said they would send the shuttle immediately. Two hours later, I called to find out where the shuttle was and after three unsuccessful attempt to be connected with the service department, I was connected to the sales manager. I explained my frustration over the service I had received and he agreed to personally come out and pick me up (which he did). I received an email a day later asking me to rate the service I had received and I completed the survey giving them a 2 rating. I got another email stating that someone would be calling to follow up on the poor rating I had given them. It is now over a week since receiving that email and I have not heard from anyone from that dealership. More

Called John Elway on a Wednesday and on the following Monday they had the Mobile service Tech, Joe I received two airbag related recalls on the Jeep. Called John Elway on a Wednesday and on the following Monday they had the Mobile service Tech, Joe Segura at my home. Joe was very prompt, courteous and professional. Very Poor Service I was told to have my Ram truck there for service at 8:00 am on Tuesday. They did not first look at it till 4:30 pm on Wednesday. Mid morning Thursday I was told to have my Ram truck there for service at 8:00 am on Tuesday. They did not first look at it till 4:30 pm on Wednesday. Mid morning Thursday they called to let me know what all needed to be done to the truck. That was the only call I ever received from them. I called them Friday to check on the status of getting it repaired. I was told they could not tell me because the service advisor for my pickup was not in on Friday and to call back Monday. I called Monday PM and I was told it might be done on Tuesday. On Thursday 10 days after taking my pickup in I called to see if they where done and they said yes. I had no phone call to let me know it was done. After diving it 40 miles after being in the shop my check engine light came back on. I strongly do not recommend having anything serviced at this dealership! More
