I am rating this a 2 out of 5 for 1 specific reason. I do not understand why I cannot schedule an appointment online any longer. I go online and I can "request" service. Then I have to wait for a pho I do not understand why I cannot schedule an appointment online any longer. I go online and I can "request" service. Then I have to wait for a phone call back in order to see if I can schedule service. Why did this change? If I take the time to go online and sign up for service, I think I am wanting to bring my car in for service. I don't need to confirm it the next day by phone call. What happens if I miss or unable to take phone call, will my appointment be canceled? Why do I need to take more time out of my day to make sure I get the phone call or return the phone call to confirm service when I went online to book it in the first place???? More
