Poor customer service. As a comparison, I took my RAV4 to Toyota for a coolant leak and it needed a new radiator. Since they had to order it overnight shipping, they not only gave me a ride home (20 min drive), they came back to my home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready the next day (20 min drive each way). When my wife took her Cruze in for a scheduled appointment to "wait at dealership", she said they not only didn't even want to do it that day, despite her having an appointment, they didn't want to give her a ride home. Luckily I was home to go get her and bring her back home. When the car was done the next day, my wife was at work with my car until 10PM, so I had none. And they did not want to come get me to get the car when it was ready, despite me telling them I had no transportation. We had to wait until Monday, since they're not open on weekends. More
I would give Paul Vanduci more than 5 stars if I could! His attention to detail is wonderful. I have written a review on this place about 2 years ago regarding their collision shop and now this amazing review is regarding their service department. I was having issue with my car which is a lease tha regarding their collision shop and now this amazing review is regarding their service department. I was having issue with my car which is a lease that ends in 3 months and because I'm over my miles my warranty wasn't covered and very expensive. They were able to get most of the repair covered by contacting gm directly and even then I wasn't satisfied due to my lease almost being over. Their were fees I did not agree with and during my whole experience not once did anyone get upset with my dissatisfied voice. And they made the price the best they could considering. Tayze and his manager Rob are amazing and have no problem working with you if they can. They gave me advice and I gave them advice on how to deal with people knowing charges going forward and they were very understanding. I have never interacted with sales department at this dealership yet but dealing with collision and now service area has made me not want to go anywhere else for future. Sales department should be greatful for the guys in the back. More
