Brian answered the telephone when I called, he scheduled my appointment. It was a smooth transaction. Even with construction going on, the make shift waiting room in the new showroom was comfortable. I was so happy to learn that Mike Savoie had wifi, so I could use my computer while I waited. The time flew by, and my car was ready before it was expected to be done. They even washed it. I just bought a 2012 Equinox.
