While I love my new lease vehicle, I was completely disappointed in how dirty it arrived to me. The sale had to be concluded at my home because of the hours. Whoever detailed it, which would not be the disappointed in how dirty it arrived to me. The sale had to be concluded at my home because of the hours. Whoever detailed it, which would not be the salesperson, did an awful job. The front window was filthy and needed to be cleaned before I could drive at night. The trim around the wheel base had spots all over it, looked to be overspray from maybe whatever they used to clean the tires. The mirrors and the lights all had dirt in them, looked like the car had been off roading and whoever cleaned it missed that extra dirt. Maybe Mike Savoie should send the cars out to be detailed before letting a customer take them. I don't feel a quick run under water is an acceptable way to clean a car and present it to a customer. Especially a car that only had 17 miles on it, when it arrived at my home. More

Not trustworthy I took time off of work to drive 2 hours to pick up a car. I was running late due to an accident & called ahead to let them know I was going out of I took time off of work to drive 2 hours to pick up a car. When I got there I was told that I couldn’t bring the car home the same day. Don’t waste your time with these guys. They don’t play straight up. More
