While I love my new lease vehicle, I was completely disappointed in how dirty it arrived to me. The sale had to be concluded at my home because of the hours. Whoever detailed it, which would not be the disappointed in how dirty it arrived to me. The sale had to be concluded at my home because of the hours. Whoever detailed it, which would not be the salesperson, did an awful job. The front window was filthy and needed to be cleaned before I could drive at night. The trim around the wheel base had spots all over it, looked to be overspray from maybe whatever they used to clean the tires. The mirrors and the lights all had dirt in them, looked like the car had been off roading and whoever cleaned it missed that extra dirt. Maybe Mike Savoie should send the cars out to be detailed before letting a customer take them. I don't feel a quick run under water is an acceptable way to clean a car and present it to a customer. Especially a car that only had 17 miles on it, when it arrived at my home. More

Not trustworthy I took time off of work to drive 2 hours to pick up a car. Mark is very knowledgeable and in the first 5 mins knew what I wanted. I have great credit but also some issues I needed Marks help with. "Mark Gurney" had no problem assisting me with my trade-in and did it so flawlessly that when it came time to take delivery on my new vehicle all I had to do was sign a few papers. Meet with the finance man and meet up with Mark Gurney to show me around the all new 2019 AWD Chevy Equinox 2FL LT. I can honestly say that Mark Gurney is the first salesman I have had to take the time to show me the new features I was previously unaware of and instead of just throwing me the keys and asking me to call him if I needed something. He sat with me for a few minutes to go over the Android auto System so I could later show my wife. He finished it all off with a hand shake and a smile and from there he earned a customer for life. Not to mention my 7yr son was also with us the whole time. I really appreciate the little details and nuances only years of experience can offer us customers so its no surprise that Mark delivered 4-6 other cars that same week (probably more but I didn't ask). My prior review for the repair shop: Great dealer and very helpful staff, I never had to bag for a loaner vehicle and their repair work was second to none. More
