Since they had to order it overnight shipping, they not only gave me a ride home (20 min drive), they came back to my home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready the next day (20 min drive each way). When my wife took her Cruze in for a scheduled appointment to "wait at dealership", she said they not only didn't even want to do it that day, despite her having an appointment, they didn't want to give her a ride home. Luckily I was home to go get her and bring her back home. When the car was done the next day, my wife was at work with my car until 10PM, so I had none. And they did not want to come get me to get the car when it was ready, despite me telling them I had no transportation. We had to wait until Monday, since they're not open on weekends. More
