This dealership is a well run business, with on-point service and facility. However, just as I would tell a friend that they have broccoli in their teeth, I have to say that the busted upholstery in the service and facility. Kayne was very professional and concerned with my waiting time (it was in accordance with the forecast). And my sales consultant Cory was still focused on a good service experience even though my visit was unrelated to the sale. More

During my appt, I stood about 10 mins before Fred came of out the back Service! Chrystal setup my appt w/ ease and answered all of my questions. Do not use Mike Rezi's service department. I paid to have one of their maintenance packages performed on my car. During this process, they found that my brakes needed to be changed and quoted me a price to g one of their maintenance packages performed on my car. During this process, they found that my brakes needed to be changed and quoted me a price to get them fixed. I approved the price and ask them to change my breaks and waited an additional 2 hours for this to be done. When my service advisor called me up to pay he let me know that my brakes weren't changed and that it would be an extra few hundred dollars to get them fixed. I was very confused on why I waited for so long if they didn't change the breaks and frustrated that the price had almost doubled. I ended up writing a review about this service and immediately heard from the service manager asking me how he could make my experience better. He agreed to fix my breaks for the original price that was quoted to me (clearly in exchange for me removing my review). Well, what he didn't tell me is that he was only going to fix one of the breaks even though they said more of them needed to be fixed. I just happened to figure this out when I reviewed my receipt. This is why he was able to lower the price. Not even a month later my transmission went out. I have a 2013 Nissan with only 65,000 miles and I thought it was very strange for my Nissan to have a transmission issue right after a major service with Mike Rezi. I am sure that my review had something to do with this issue popping up out of nowhere. Now I would have to go spend additional dollars with them to get this fixed. I had my car towed to them to get a quote for the repair. I shopped that quote around and found that they were much higher than other dealerships in the area. I called the same service manager and ask him how much this service would cost just to make sure they weren't just giving me a high quote and he quoted an ever higher price than the quote that I had received from the dealership not even two days before. At this point, it was very clear that they were trying to overcharge me and get back at me for writing a poor review. Well here I am again writing a negative review and I will never be going back to this dealership for service again. More
