I recently leased a 2020 Nissa Sentra in July and although I initially came in wanting the Murano, it didn't "wow" me like I had hoped for. After previously leasing two Sentra's, I was ready for something new, but after seeing the new Rosewood Metallic color and Tan interior, I was sold! After about 5 weeks of searching, he found the car in Alabama and two days later, it was mine. I've coined him as my "Car Dad" and will always purchase from him. To make a long story short, my wife purchased a CPO Nissan Murano Platinum from Mike Rezi Nissan. We had been looking at dealerships all over SC, GA and NC and speaking with salesman about our trade. Most dealerships kept giving me the run around about our trade and I knew what I wanted which was fair to both us and for the dealership to make a few bucks. I spoke with the general manager and told him exactly what I had and what I wanted. After sending him pictures he said if we bought the Murano we saw listed he would give us our asking price. I was sure they would find something wrong and offer us less but NOPE, they gave us our asking price! So the price was right on the Murano and we got rid of our Yukon and we were very happy. Well my wife was happy so you know the old saying. On our 3 hour ride home back to NC we turned the headlights on and we got a error message. I was upset I didn’t check out the headlights but we drove it during the day. So I texted Ramzi our salesman (at this time it was way past close of business) and he responded and I told him I would contact him the next day. I also found that the lift gate was not opening correctly. It turns out the headlight had been damaged and they replaced it with a new headlight from a lower trim model. Ours is a Platinum edition with LED headlights. So I called Ramzi the next day and he said he would talk to his service manager. He texted me later and asked if I could bring it back. Now we live three hours away but if they were going to make it right then we would drive back. I really thought they would not fix it. I mean it is a car dealership right? Well with our schedule we couldn’t make it back for a week but Ramzi said to come down when it was convenient for us. Well today we drove down with our kids and when we got there, they gave us a new Altima to use while they worked on our Murano so the kids didn’t have to hang around the dealership. Ramzi recommended we drive up to Lake Lanier to let the kids have some fun. When we got back they addressed the lift gate issue and replaced the headlight with a new one. Keep in mind this is an $800 headlight through Nissan and they replaced it. Ramzi told me he would make sure we were taken care of and he sure did. Ramzi has been by far the most professional and honest salesman I have met to date. My wife and I have been married thirteen years and this is our 10th car between the two of us so we’ve dealt with a lot of dishonest car salesmen. Now not all are dishonest but we’ve met a bunch. Ramzi was a pleasure to deal with and I will be sure to call him up when it’s time to go car shopping again. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Mike Rezi Nissan to our friends and family. All in all great people and a great dealership! More
