Buying a car from this dealership was the worst decision I think I ever made. There were sales people openly making fun of a family that were wearing masks, the sales manager cursing in front of children, a I think I ever made. I called ahead to receive confirmation the cars advertised were actually on the lot to test drive and a verbal confirmation was given that five 2021 & 2022 Hondas were present. When we arrived only one could be found and the dealer had added five thousand to the MRSP as pure profit. After an hour with a very nice salesman who didn't even have a desk & computer to use two thousand was knocked off the asking price but no other cars were found available that they had verified were on property. I will never go to this dealer again or recommend this dealer. More

After +10 years of terrible experiences, here’s my short and sweet review. Awful staff, and an even worse sales manager. I attempted to have an adult conversation with Steven on the phone, and realized that unfortunately they are all the same at this location. Earlier today my wife and I were working with a salesman (who had self admittedly been working there for only 5 days) who lied to us about an additional $6k that was added on. He insisted at first that the two separate charges were both “dealer fees” and he could see if he could “maybe take some of that total off”. Eventually we left, even though he did later say he could take the additional fees off, because, honestly it’s really hard to want to give tens of thousands of dollars to someone who JUST LIED TO YOUR FACE. Two hours after I got home, I called the sales manager and tried to give him a heads up about his sales team and all he did was tell me how the salesman did a phenomenal job, he didn’t believe me, he had no interest in what I had to say, which says a lot about how they run they’re sales staff, he was just another dishonest salesman. They are all ok will doing whatever it takes to add on their warranty’s, which we may have even bought at the end of the day if it wasn’t presented in a lie. My wife and I also had an extremely similar situation in 2015 with our last lease, I (stupidly) thought we should give them another chance since that was 6 years ago. I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda Accord. It was a hectic day for the service department, and they told me it might be a long time to fit me in for 4 more-or-less minor requests (with Accord. I understood, and so I waited for what I thought would be all afternoon. Mike Russo was at the service desk and did a fantastic job. They were able to get 3 of the 4 issues fixed (including hazard work on the airbag system), and the 4th is very easy once the trunk is unloaded. The work was done FAR faster than I expected, for a great price, and Mike Russo went above and beyond to help me get situated (I'm mobility impaired). While I don't know who the mechanic(s) were, I have no complaints, which is unusual when dealing with many other dealerships. More
