Great Cars, Dishonest Dealership My family has purchased several cars from Mike Piazza Honda in Langorne, Pa. The cars were fine; our problems are with the dealership itself. 1. I My family has purchased several cars from Mike Piazza Honda in Langorne, Pa. The cars were fine; our problems are with the dealership itself. 1. I was involved in a fender-bender and brought my civic to Piazza Honda. I felt the estimate was too high and decided to get the car fixed by a local mechanic - for $500 less. A day or two later, the Piazza collision department guy calls and asks if I had decided to go ahead with the repairs and I advised I went elsewhere for less. At his point, he said: "I wish you had called me first, I would have lowered my price." This really did not sit well with me - don't take advantage, give me your best price first. 2. My son brought a used car, which was in the certified pre-owned lot. It turned out the car was not certified, and did not come with the appropriate warranties. 3. I bought what I thought was a 2011 Honda Insight (the salesman said it was 2011, as it was December 2010). It turned out to be a 2010 (noticeable on the sales paper fine print, but you expect the salesman to be upfront). 4. This month, I went to buy a certified pre-owned Accord. The test drive was bumpy, as if the tires were going over small speed bumps. When the salesman said he would test it, he came back and confirmed the sound. He quickly had the Service Department check it out, and he returned, telling me it was because the tires on the car were new (!) and it might or might not clear up(!). Needless to say, I did not buy the car. There is a business mentality of dishonesty at Mike Piazza Langhorne (perhaps other Piazza locations are better). Avoid at all costs. More
Best car buying experience ever My daughter had saved enough for a new car and wanted a specific Honda Civic and color. We searched honda dealerships in NJ close to home. A few had t My daughter had saved enough for a new car and wanted a specific Honda Civic and color. We searched honda dealerships in NJ close to home. A few had the car and my wife called around and visited a few with my daughter as I had to work. Some gave ridiculous quotes for a lease price, some tried the hard sell even though she told them she needed to speak to me and then some simply never called back until four days later when it was too late. Maybe some of this nonsense because they saw a woman and a younger woman? Anyway, all of this is what I've grown used to as a typical car buying experience in NJ. We have always hated the process. My daughter saw that Mike Piazza Honda had the car she wanted in a few different trims. Even though Piazza is in PA almost and hour from our house we went for it. My wife called and spoke to Anthony Mazzone at Piazza and then everything changed. He was great from the first call and my wife and daughter were excited. Anthony ran the credit, maneuvered what he had to on his end, and gave my wife lease prices for the different trims that were in my daughters price range right where we wanted them. We did most everything over the phone and bought the car the next day!! My daughter was thrilled!! A great day for our family. She earned that car. Went to pick up the car and Donald Pearl met us outside and spent a full hour showing my daughter EVERYTHING about the car. A nicer salesman we have never met. Went in and Jeremy in finance had us in and out in 10 minutes. Another really nice guy. From the first phone call this was the best car buying experience of our lives. If the expediting of the over the phone paperwork and pricing as well as the finance paperwork being done in record time (for me at least) is a result of a new process due to covid19 then all dealerships should consider staying with it going forward. Thanks to Mike Piazza Honda for making my wife and daughter very happy in these tough times. Buy a car from them. From this point forward my family wont go anywhere else. PS... And thanks to Donald Pearl for hooking me up with the best cheese steak I've had!! You will have to get the name of the place from him though after you buy a car. lol More

Good Work, but Poor Contact The work performed was done competently. I had asked for it to be done by Noon, but apparently it was not in the shop until after I called around 11:30. The more troubling issue for me was related to the Covid-19 restrictions. I was forced to enter the building to pay my bill. Yes people wore masks and there were lines marking 3 feet, not 6. I had to reach across the line to use the credit card device, and to sign paperwork. By contrast, I had another car inspected by Kennedy Ford and did not have to encounter a person face-to-face. While this center was technically complying, they should have thought through their contingency plans more thoroughly. More
