I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda Accord. It was a hectic day for the service department, and they told me it might be a long time to fit me in for 4 more-or-less minor requests (with Accord. It was a hectic day for the service department, and they told me it might be a long time to fit me in for 4 more-or-less minor requests (with no appt). I understood, and so I waited for what I thought would be all afternoon. Mike Russo was at the service desk and did a fantastic job. They were able to get 3 of the 4 issues fixed (including hazard work on the airbag system), and the 4th is very easy once the trunk is unloaded. The work was done FAR faster than I expected, for a great price, and Mike Russo went above and beyond to help me get situated (I'm mobility impaired). While I don't know who the mechanic(s) were, I have no complaints, which is unusual when dealing with many other dealerships. More

I saved for 3 years to purchase a vehicle to take with me to college. It took blood sweat and tears, but I managed to save up. At 18 I purchased a $17,000 Jeep alone with no co-signer, or any help from anyon to college. It took blood sweat and tears, but I managed to save up. At 18 I purchased a $17,000 Jeep alone with no co-signer, or any help from anyone. Imagine my surprise when the Jeep died 4 days after purchase. I called the dealership and continuously got the run around. I was told to bring the car back. I was without a car for 3 weeks after just spending $17,000. I was not even offered a loaner while my car was being serviced. I had to rent a car just to take my belongings to college. The car repair was $1900, but here is the kicker. The dealer felt they weren’t responsible even though the card died a few days after being purchased. By the grace of God I had purchased the $3000 warranty. What if I didn’t purchase the warranty? I would have been out of luck. I have had the car a total of six months, and the car is back in the shop requiring another expensive repair. Please do not waste your money. This has been a very bad and expensive experience. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. More
I had the worst experience with this place. Im an I had the worst experience with this place. Im an informed buyer, having already paid off three car loans. I know the pitch and tricks of the trade. I had the worst experience with this place. Im an informed buyer, having already paid off three car loans. I know the pitch and tricks of the trade. This place by no means made the buying process transparent. For starters, they are overcrowded in their facility. I went on a Saturday, and Robert Holmes (the sales person helping me) was attending to three or more customers at a time. I never had his undivided attention. Second, when it came time to present the numbers, what scammers they are! BUYERS BEWARE AND READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY - what youre financing should be comprised of the MSRP price of the vehicle (never be fooled into paying MSRP - there is ALWAYS wiggle room. Even at invoice price they make a decent profit on sales), the discount you receive, the new improved vehicle price, the trade in value they are giving you (if applicable in your case), the down payment amount youre putting down (if any), the documentation fee, the sales taxes, and the registration and tags fee. THAT IS IT!!!!! Robert Holmes tried to scam $5,000 from me by sneaking it into the numbers. Read below! Gap insurance - he was charging $900 - is only required if your trade in or your down payment isnt enough to give you 20% equity on your car. You can also purchase gap insurance privately too at probably a cheaper cost, or get it through your car insurance company (they call it something other than gap but serves same purpose). I didnt need gap in my case, and was told by another dealer that companies wont even ALLOW gap insurance to be purchased if you put 20% or more down for the vehicle. They probably wouldve put a bogus name for it just to sneak in the charge. Total financed aftermarket - he was charging me $699 for this bogus fee. Service Agreement - he was charging me $2,856 for this one. He never even mentioned or elaborated on what it was for! It was probably for an extended warranty that they get commissions on if you buy. Thanks, but no thanks. All of these charges were sneaked into the contract. I walked away and boy I am so glad I did. Review your contracts if you purchased from there and see if you got bamboozled by them. They also offered me $3K less on my trade in than the KBB estimates. Completely lowballed, and when they asked what sources I used for my numbers, they said KBB is unreliable. Really? No, youre unreliable. If youre looking to buy a car from this place.... RUN... or drive elsewhere to get the car that you want. Unless youre OK with getting duped and giving away $5K or more. Nothing crushes a crooked salesman more than an informed buyer. Do your research, calculate your payments online, and go through the contracts with fine tooth and comb. Youll thank me later. More
My salesman was Jim Abgarian. He was very attentive, willing to work with me on getting a good deal on the Black Edition Ridgeline. Had a little snafu driving the truck home. Jim suggested I bring it r willing to work with me on getting a good deal on the Black Edition Ridgeline. Had a little snafu driving the truck home. Jim suggested I bring it right back. Jeremy, manager, suggested they keep truck to check it out. I was offered the one other Black Edition Ridgeline they had in stock which I did take. I was offered some perks for the inconvenience of having to bring the truck back. Jim and Jeremy were both very gracious and apologetic. For the most part it was a pleasant transaction (things happen) and I would definitely refer friends or family to Jim and Piazza Honda. More
Originally, had an issue with sales person that failed to acknowledge Honda discounts among other things and as a result I did not purchase vehicle. Was contacted by sr. management (Anthony) very next day an acknowledge Honda discounts among other things and as a result I did not purchase vehicle. Was contacted by sr. management (Anthony) very next day and offered fair price and was treated well. While my experience was not extremely pleasant at first, dealership went out of their way and make things right. Respect. More
Brought my 2004 Accord in for check of exhaust system and they looked at it for no charge and referred me to Low Cost Exhaust to get fixed, after informing me that my tail pipe had rusted. Had taken to Mida they looked at it for no charge and referred me to Low Cost Exhaust to get fixed, after informing me that my tail pipe had rusted. Had taken to Midas and was told I needed to replace exhaust system, even though I just had inspected in May. Thank you service department for your quality service. More
Terrible experience at this dealership in every way. I corresponded with a salesman throughout the day and made an appointment for that same day. When I arrived for the appointment the salesman wasn't ev corresponded with a salesman throughout the day and made an appointment for that same day. When I arrived for the appointment the salesman wasn't even there, it sounded like it was his day off (they called him and were trying to cover for him ... they didn't realize it but I overheard their conversation). They said he placed the appointment on the calendar for the following day. I had a hard time believing that since I corresponded with him one hour prior to the appointment and he said he would have the vehicle ready for me. I was passed to another salesman and had to start from scratch. Very disappointing since I had given all of the pertinent info on my vehicle, what I was looking for, etc. and had to start the process all over with the new salesman. I test drove a vehicle on my own and it was absolutely filthy, both inside and out. The drivers floorboard was covered in dirt, rocks and mud. I gave them the keys to my vehicle to evaluate it while I was gone and I'm not sure they even looked at it since it was in perfect condition (inside and out) and they offered me less than kbb average trade-in for it when it should have been at least the minimum of the excellent category. Their trade offer and overall offer was insulting and I let them know that. I told them up front I didn't want to play games, I wanted their best and final offer the first time and that didn't happen ... they came back with a ridiculous number and then wanted to negotiate. I asked for my keys, which they tried to hold for a minute, and then left. This was the worst experience I have had at a dealer in many years. They treated me like I was an uninformed consumer and they were obviously trying to take advantage of me, not knowing I do extensive research prior to attempting any deal. Situations like this is why car dealers have a bad reputation. More
