I’ve never had a bad experience buying a car in the past. My car buying experience with this dealership was unbelievably bad. Started with internet communications with Ryan about the availability of the car I wanted. Ryan insisted they had a car on the lot but in a color I knew Honda hadn’t made in years. He ignored my texted request to send me a pic of it. I later realized that would have been impossible because Ryan doesn’t work in the dealership; for all I know he’s on another continent. Nevertheless he made me an appointment at the dealership to look at the car the next morning. I drove an hour to Langhorne – my local dealerships nicely told me up front they didn’t have the car I wanted & I would have to wait 2 weeks for one to come in. I couldn’t wait because my only car was dead. Once at Piazza, a salesman actually was able to find the exact car I wanted but things went drastically downhill from there. We waited in the salesman’s office for hours to speak with the finance department as our salesman carried on with other customers never letting us know when we’d be able to conclude the transaction. Finally around 2:30pm he told us the car we planned to buy had already been sold! Needless to say we were livid. However he said he would personally pick one up down by the airport & have it for us by 4pm. More waiting but we were appeased at the thought of actually getting out of there with a car. Once the salesman returned with the car we were stuck back at the end of the queue to talk to finance. That didn’t happen until around 5:30pm. After 8 hrs, I finally drove away with a car. However, as others have complained, they refused to drop the $600 overcharge for wheel locks & floor mats, & sold us an overpriced 10 yr extended warranty, which I had talked them down to half the original price but was too exhausted to fight about further. It wasn’t until the next day I read over the paperwork and found it was only for 75k miles. That took me another 4 weeks of drawn out contact with the dealership to get it changed to 100k at no extra cost to me. Dealing with these people was a nightmare and I would never recommend anyone go there. More

Honda in Langhorne gave me a new perspective of buying a car that I desperately needed. The numbers they gave me were the numbers I paid, no hidden fees, and no low inventory upcharges, NOTHING unexpected! There was no hassle or pressure. There are 4 Honda dealerships closer to me, but I am happy I took the trip to Langhorne. Special thanks to Lou and both Mikes! More
I test drove a new Honda crv Hybrid and at Mike Piazza Langhorne on 11/15/23 and met with both salesman Robert Holmes and sales manager Anthony Mazzone. I was interested in purchasing the same type model and went over all the options I wanted on the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was on its way from another location and would be contacted upon its arrival in a few days. I called back one week later on 11/22 and asked if the vehicle had arrived. Robert Holmes told me my car had been sold today and the best excuse he could give me was that he had been off on vacation since Saturday. I asked why the manager I met with or any other repeesentative hadn't called me upon the vehicles arrival as instructed and he had no reply but actually asked me If I wanted to order another one. I haven't been contacted since with even an apology or any legitimate excuse. They obviously need to retrain both their sales and managerial staff in the fundementals customer service and satisfaction. I was buying this car and they not only have lost my sale but additionally I'm advising every potential buyer to avoid business away with Mike Piazza Honda Langhorne location. More

This place lies about the services, that people get. The staff was very unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. I had a coupon from them for any services and/or repairs for over $200 and I needed work for my tires. They told me they would not offer me any services because I didn’t buy tires from them and refused all services altogether and refused my coupon. I took a half-day off work to have this service completed and wasted it on this nonsense. One of staffers even had the audacity to tell me that "So you tried to get two discounts, by buying tires online with a lower price/discount and are trying to get a discount to use the coupon from the dealership and that the dealership won’t get any profit for services." This dealership cares more about profiting off customers than actually being helpful. Never coming back again and I am going to tell all my friends to never come here. More
These guys are LIARS. I confirmed availability of a vehicle. I drove an hour and a half. This is for the Service Department only, as I love the car but the Service Dept. continually makes excuses for not being able to fix the 2023 Accord Hybrid Apple Car Play/Phone/Communication System. My 4th time in and again a bunch of words instead of actions to fix. This time " Honda is aware of the problem but doesn't know what to do or how to fix"!? Scary Stuff! Somehow the Service Advisor saying I'm raising my voice and aggressive when I call. I wouldn't be if it was addressed and fixed on time 1, 2 or 3. Frustrated and Mike Piazza Honda or Honda itself, seems to care. More

This dealer relies on a third-party service for all external communications. In my interactions via email, text, and phone with Jaime Williams, who portrays himself as a manager, I encountered deceptive practices. He outright lied to me about working from the dealership's physical location. Despite him assuring me on the phone that the car could be purchased upon my arrival, the car I was interested in had already been sold before the dealership even took possession of it. My wife and I left work early to embark on a lengthy 1.5-hour journey to the dealer as a direct result of outright manipulation. While the on-site staff made genuine efforts to assist, they could not sell me a car that they did not have. It's concerning to see similar reviews detailing a recurring pattern. The fact that this is a pattern suggests disturbing complicity from management that they are endorsing these duplicitous antics. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly advise against dealing with this dealer. Their communication channels—website, email, text, and phone—appear to consistently lack reliability or integrity. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time by seeking alternatives. More
Today I tried to trade my 2017 CIVIC (which I bought from this dealership) for a new 2023 civic. I drove over 1hr 15 min for nothing. LIARS ! ! ! Now I am promised that there are some CIVIC CARS ON A TRUCK ? & will be arriving in <2 wks ? So I try to make a deal on a car that is not even in the property & the SALES MANAGER DAN CONNOR LOW xxxxx ME >5,000$ !!! On my 2017 HONDA CIVIC TRADE ( that I bought certified from this dealership ) ???? I will NO LONGER send any of my employees or family to do business at this Honda dealership PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS FACILITY. More
They flat out sold me a lemon‼️ From the beginning I told them the car had a hesitant start & they kept it for few hours to tell me it wasn’t nothing. A year & 5 months later another Piazza dealership i told them the car had a hesitant start & they kept it for few hours to tell me it wasn’t nothing. A year & 5 months later another Piazza dealership in Philadelphia tells me my injectors are bad they had the car for 3 weeks because injectors are on back order so I’m stuck without a car because they won’t give me a loaner & I’m missing days at work smh Injectors finally come in after 3 weeks then they tell me I need a motor & I have to wait for Honda to approve the repairs & they take about a week to approve it smh then the head gaskets is on back order so that’s another waiting game & still no loaner🤦🏽♂️ my problem started with this dealership because they sold me the LEMON‼️ The piazza dealership in Philadelphia is no better with at first telling me I need a battery, I paid $280 for to have the car less than an hour for it to break down again & week for them to figure out what it is then say it’s injectors & now it’s a motor & they’ve been screening my calls telling me they will call me back & never do smh Honda corporate is no better they been avoiding me too I’m done with Honda after this I’m gone mess around & lose my job & have a repo on my credit because of this I specifically brought my Honda from a Honda dealership for a piece of mind Certified preowned still under factory warranty just to get treated like this smh More
