We purchased our new Accord from Mike Piazza Honda after having our 1997 Accord serviced there for nearly 10 years. In that time the only service issue we ever encountered was having to pay Honda USA to obt having our 1997 Accord serviced there for nearly 10 years. In that time the only service issue we ever encountered was having to pay Honda USA to obtain the security code in order to use the radio after we replaced the battery. (The dealer from which we purchased the car used failed to provide us with the code). We were very pleased with the negotiation and price we got from Mike Piazza Honda on our new car and continue to be pleased with the quality and courtesousness of their service dept. We recomemnd to our co-workers and friends to purchase and have their cars serviced there. More
where to begin they took our honda si out because of trans problems and drove it 70 mph on a 45 mile an hour road for 3 miles red lined it reset the computer so not to be caught then lied an said nothin trans problems and drove it 70 mph on a 45 mile an hour road for 3 miles red lined it reset the computer so not to be caught then lied an said nothing was wrong jeff covin followed me into the parking lot when my son came in with my GPS showing they had beat on my car. yelling at me so unprofesional like stalking til my husband came over and said stop talking to my wife like that and told him we were going to report them driving recklessly to the police and the service manager check to see if they had redlined it with their computer and they had erased everything. why what were they hiding the damage they did to my engine the manager then said he would fix the transmission that they had previously said had no problems. Why because they know there is a problem and they also beat on our car. They think I am dumb enough to leave my car for them to fix my transmission. Poor customer service and endangering people who drive on the road in from of piazza honda doing alomst double the speed limit. The service tech wasn't even reprimanded or the rude jeff covin that followed me he stood there laughing in the garage. well I am laughing now you lost a sale of a brand new pilot for my husband and in this economy. keep up the poor service you'll be out of a job soon enough. Hey jeff covin when bullied me and followed me out to the parking lot thinking you could harass a women it showed your poor mentality. A little scary in this world today that you think you can do something like that. Also learn how to spell on your service papers you gave us and you drive at 70 mph. Poor poor customer service. Not to mention the liability you have set honda up for driving like that. customer service is everything to bad you have no idea and beside my 21 year old has more manners than you and he is clearly smarter to check the gps and to see how lousy your service is. I am writing a review as I have read the previous reviews and felt this dealership deserved a stronger rating. I bought a used car (Subaru) and had a wonderful experience. They are a clear cut dealer who does not pressure you or play games. I test drove the car, negotiated the price and it was an overall good experience. I am now recommending this dealer to my boyfriend who is also looking at a used SUV. I will return to write a review and see if we have the same experience the second time around. More

I wouldn't sent a dieing man to Piazza for service. Customer service STOP at the end of the curb on the lot. Also the general manager is just as bad as the service people, with a remark Like let forget Customer service STOP at the end of the curb on the lot. Also the general manager is just as bad as the service people, with a remark Like let forget the past and start over, meaning u the customer are a laider and his worker are right al of the time.Plus u will be going back again and again for the same problem to be fix. All they have is cheap help to off set the cost of labor, will try this first and maybe this second, at a charge to u the customer. Then they will tell u that u are wrong not them, Just ask Russ the general manager. thank u phil More

I recently purchased a 2009 Civic from this dealer after receiving their internet quote. Mike is the salesman, and he is very nice, very friendly and knows the product really well. While making the purcha receiving their internet quote. Mike is the salesman, and he is very nice, very friendly and knows the product really well. While making the purchase, I was told that wheel locks($129) and vin etching ($169) is already on the vehicle so I had to pay for it. I did not want the VIN etching and I am not exactly pleased about it, but I thought whatever, the price for the vehicle is really good. Then came a guy named Joe who offered me extended service contract through Zurich on the vehicle for 1400, with money back guarantee. I declined the offer, and he came back with $1,095 for 6 years/100K miles, without the money back guarantee. Joe gave me the option of paying the entire thing up front or I can finance it over 18 months @ 0%. I took it thinking I have 60 days to change my mind anyway. Three weeks later, I went back to the dealer to cancel the service contract because I found a different cheaper service contract with longer term from the manufacturer. I met with Joe. I supposed in his attempt to make me feel bad about canceling the service contract I purchased from him, he said certain things that made me decide that I will never do business with them again. First, he claimed that I have the stupid money back guarantee with my contract, which is clearly a lie as that was the reason he lowered the price in the first place. Second, he told me that there were fees involved with financing the contract at 0% which amounts to 15%. He told me that if I had paid cash up front, it would have been approximately $900. Again, that was a lie. He offered me the option to pay the full $1,095 plus tax or finance it over 18 months @ 0%. IF I had paid in cash up front, I would have been charged the "fees" regardless. I am not sure if that is even legal as this was not disclosed to me upfront. Secondly, I inquire about the VIN etching that my car supposedly have. I had a different salesperson look over my vehicle to see if it is there. It wasn't just like I suspected. So again, for some reason, they referred to this guy Joe. I told him that since it wasn't there, and I did not want it in the first place, I would like a credit for the amount they had previously charged me so that I can get something else. They refused to give me the credit and he proceeded to put 6 stickers on my car. What a scam. They make me pay for something I didn't want, and it wasn't even on the car!! I'll just chalked it up to my inexperience and let them took advantage of me with their shady business practices. I could have gone to a different with their quote and got similar price on the car. I came in to purchase a car after getting into an awful accident that left me with no vehicle. I called and spoke to Allen on the phone and explain the type of car I was looking for as well as the price I accident that left me with no vehicle. I called and spoke to Allen on the phone and explain the type of car I was looking for as well as the price I was trying to stay within. He said he had 5 cars that suited my needs, but when I got there he showed me 3 cars that were totally different than the ones I asked for. I ended up finding another car I loved and took it for a drive. It was a good deal above my price range, though. We sat down to talk options, and after I explained that I just needed time to look and think about it about four times to Allen, he called over Mike Walsh who again started to push me into saying yes. I stood up and said that I was uncomfortable with the level of persistence they were applying, and that was when Mike Walsh stood up, slammed his chair on the ground, and actually shouted at me that he was about to lower the price of the car I liked but instead they are going to refuse to take a deposit to hold the car from me. When I asked him to stop shouting, he shouted even louder and told me to leave. I was SO upset by his immature and irrational and unprofessional actions that I spoke to the sales manager, Frank Smith, who apologized for Mike's behavior. Although Frank was a nice guy about it, I am incredibly disappointed in my experience and highly recommend that you take your business ANYWHERE but here. They are overly pushly and just plain rude and unprofessional people. More
Shopping at Piazza was a mixed experience for me. Shopping at Piazza was a mixed experience for me. Karl, the salesman, really was very knowledgeable about the product and was pleasant and helpful. Shopping at Piazza was a mixed experience for me. Karl, the salesman, really was very knowledgeable about the product and was pleasant and helpful. I would give him positive ratings. I was considering trading a vehicle. Piazza's offer, even after they came up another $1,000 was still lower than I received anywhere else. This might have been OK but they were also only knocking a few hundred dollars off of their car where other dealers were willing to go closer to invoice price. I decided not to trade my vehicle but to lease instead. The quoted price seemed high so I decided to shop around further. I did inform Piazza that I would be shopping and to povide me their very best offer, the offer remained unchanged. I contacted 3 other dealers who all quoted me payments elsewhere that were an average of $25 a month less. If I eliminated the Navi, I also had two dealers quoting me $75 a month less. One dealer even needed to get the car via a dealer swap but was willing to do so within 24 hours and had located an available one. At this point I was an educated consumer. Piazza is local and Karl was a good guy so I figured if they would match the offers I would buy from them. This is where things got odd. First they insisted that I could not possibly be getting the prices I was quoted. (I did, they were real, car is now in my driveway). They did not have what I was looking for at the Pottstown location. I asked if they could check one of their other two Honda locations (Reading and Phila). I was told that in order to get any discounts I would have to take a vehicle that they had in inventory at that location. Then came the lecture about how I should not be shopping for price and that other dealers should not be discounting these cars as it hurts the residual value of the brand. OK, have a nice day, I picked up my car from Conicelli that evening. More
