I am 66 years old, and I have been buying cars for more years then I'd like to admit. When my wife and I walked into Mike Piazza Honda we expected the usual car sales pitch that everyone who has bought a years then I'd like to admit. When my wife and I walked into Mike Piazza Honda we expected the usual car sales pitch that everyone who has bought a car in their life, has experienced. Boy, my wife and I were surprised. We were greeted by Eric, made comfortable, and asked to explain to him the type of car we were expecting to purchase. He truely listened to us describe the type of car we wanted, a CR-V. He didn't rush us, or pressure us. Once he new what we were looking for, he showed us the floor model and explained the different features that came with the different style levels. It was his treatment of us, our test drive and the quality of the CR-V (and of course the price) that made the deal for us. He treated us like we were his most important customers. In fact, when my wife and I completed the paperwork, I spoke to the sales manager, a told him this was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Some of this may sound corny, but this was an awesome experience. I'm now driving to work in style. Go Eric, Go Honda! More
