We were quite surprised to see the review posted by this customer considering the fact that after the vehicle had been delivered, he made it a point to come to me after the transaction and personally thanked for all of my efforts. While I could refute each item addressed point by point let it suffice to say that no vehicle was delivered with any “damage” per Se but there were some issues with single minor cosmetic imperfections which while clearly repairable were unacceptable to this customer. Once we had established with the first vehicle that the customer would not accept a repair of a minor glass scratch, we offered to put him in substitute vehicles and at one point offered to rescind the deal as long as he was willing to reimburse us for the reconditioning work that we had done to his trade and the payoff that we had made to the bank. At that point he agreed to re-look at the last vehicle presented to him which had been cosmetically repaired within the hour and neither he or his mother could identify where the flaw was located. He at that point accepted the vehicle thanked me and proceeded to consummate the deal. As far as having a drive-ability issue with this new vehicle, there is NO reason for him to fear bringing the vehicle back to Mike Piazza Honda. Our dealership was just awarded the “Fixed First Visit” award from Honda with one of the highest scores in the Philadelphia district. - Joe Gillespie

I do have to add this after the response posted by Mike Piazza Honda! First might I say I am not one to hardly ever write reviews. But this was much needed. I honestly can't believe the response I just got. First off there was no minor scratch in the windshield. It was a major scratch that was messing with my driving at night and was a major distraction. Also they forgot to mention that they sent me to have it try to be buffed out at a glass repair shop which did not work at all it was way to deep of a scratch across the entire windshield. So I guess me driving myself to whom they sent me to for the glass means that I was not willing to have anything repaired??? That is a total lie. Even the glass place had told me to take the car back because I should not have to have a brand new car ripped apart and have the windshield replaced. Mike Piazza Honda left this part out that the windshield had to be replaced and that I was willing to let them try to buff out the scratch which I did let them try to. As far as the other cars that they are saying had minor damage that could be fixed that is a lie also! The 2nd car they tried to sell me had the entire rear bumper repainted to the point it looked like spray paint and the wrong color. Also the inspection stickers where from December of 2012 and this was April of 2013. Every car they sell has a book in the glovebox which I have now that is signed off and checked off that there is no DINGS, DENTS PAINT BLEMISHES ETC. They wanted me to buy a car that had dings & paint blemishes while the paper stated there was no damage at all. I have photos of the repainted bumper the dings in multiple cars. I will prove my point that they can't do this to others and it's not fair! I spent and entire week there hours over end each day time away from my job to deal with 4 cars just to be able to have 1 car undamaged that I was willing to buy new. Yes I left with the new car at 1 point but only because I did not have 6k cash at that time to get my original car back and walk away. I will further pursue this matter because I don't want anyone else to go thru what I had to. I never once went back to thank them for selling me a care. 100% lie. Also after all I went thru you know what I was offered for the trouble I went thru?? A 2 year 24 month free maitnance. Now that seems like it was a nice thing to offer but later finding out that I bought my car on April 1st by 9pm which I was suppose to get that 2 years free to begin with! Which I have the email add from them to prove that. It was just another thing I had to find out after my purchase because I was never told I get that free. Instead they used that towards me like I was actually getting something from them for free due to what troubles I had. What a joke! Thank you for nothing besides an undamaged car after the 4th attempt. No matter what reviews customers shall write Mike Piazza Honda will write whatever they can to make it sound like a lie. Now a days sad part is you need a lawyer I guess to get anywhere and to get your honest word out.
