Prior to now, all of my car buying experiences have bene horrible. I never know if I was getting a good price and the lack of knowledge and professionalism from sales people were always disappointing. Half horrible. Half the time, I knew more about the car then the samesperson and I never got a real honest # up front. Marissa Purcell is the internet sales manager at Mike Piazza Honda. She insured me my epxerience would be different if I used her team for my next purchase. She was right. She introduced me to a knowledgable sales person, Jim Abgarian and I was treated with professionalism and respect. I received a fair price up front. I received a fair offer for my trade up front. I never had to go through the "let me go talk with my manager" or the old "I'm going to write a number on a piece of paper" -- They actually treated me with respect and I could not be more pleased. I would receommend Mike Piazza Honda to anyone and especially my new friends, Marissa Purcell and Jim Abgarian. More
