Keyless entry stopped working. Called the service dept. spoke with Jeff who was very helpful. He scheduled an appt for me. Joe Gillespie is the General Manager and was wonderful to meet with. He helped us stay within our budget and had us work with Squire Osborne to complete the sale. Never once did he make me feel like my questions were dumb or too small. After all of the paperwork was completed, Squire took me out to see my new car and inspected it carefully with me. He was not a pressure sales person, he let us ask questions and he knew the answers. He introduced us to the manager Joe Strano and Joe was very easy to talk to and he helped make our experience a good one, Thanks Joe. Michael took plenty of time after the sale to explain the vehicle and went over every detail. His level of professionalism is to be commended. I highly recommend Michael John. I bought my first Honda from this place when it was another name dealership in 1986 and have been returning ever since. This is now the 5th Honda we've purchased from Piazza Honda. I have always been happy with the sales office, parts and service. I have Piazza Honda complete all my auto service and never had a problem, Jeff has always been a great help.
