After a great experience in the service dept., I went into the sales floor to look at my options for trading my existing CRV. Jimmy started with me and Jeremy took over when Jimmy became busy. The patien into the sales floor to look at my options for trading my existing CRV. Jimmy started with me and Jeremy took over when Jimmy became busy. The patience that Jeremy displayed was second to none. He also worked very hard to do exactly what I asked......which was a tough task. I didn't have time to learn the interior display of the car chosen - Honda Accord Coupe EXL. Jeremy invited me back to the dealership to answer all of my questions. His level of professionalism is to be commended. Buying a car is not a delight for me....he made it a very pleasurable experience. More
Jimmy Abgarian, the salesperson that I worked with, scored points immediately by carefully LISTENING to what I wanted to accomplished at the dealership (price range, cost/month, type of vehicle, import scored points immediately by carefully LISTENING to what I wanted to accomplished at the dealership (price range, cost/month, type of vehicle, important features). After I finished, I asked him if it was possible to obtain a Pilot under my conditions. He thought that he could make it work and went with me on a test drive. He was informative, not pushy or over the top, and had a very solid knowledge of what he was talking about with respect to the features and capabilities of the Pilot. When we got back and I indicated that I was very pleased with the test drive, he worked up a number that was indeed something that I would be happy with. It was about 6:00 PM and I wanted my wife to test drive the Pilot as well but she was home with our baby so Jimmy handed my the keys and just said "Have it back by 8:30". That was an awesome thing to do and it impressed my wife that I could actually bring the car to her for a test drive! She like the Pilot too and when i went back, I told Jimmy that I just wanted to sleep on it one night to be sure that we were really OK with the deal. He was fine with that and I told him that I most likely would be back the next day, which I was. We finalized the deal, working with Sales Manager Seth Simon (another great guy) who was VERY accommodating in locating and getting me a Pilot in the color that we wanted. When the vehicle was ready for pickup. Jimmy was very thorough and addressed any questions/concerns I had. Once all was said and done and I was driving away in my new Pilot, I was very confident that I had purchased a great vehicle from a great dealership. It's been about two months since I bought the Pilot and the SUV has been just perfect. We have received numerous follow up emails and phone calls from various managers at the dealership congratulating us on our purchase and reminding us of their commitment to customer satisfaction. We also got a call from Honda to respond to a survey about our experience. I gave high marks all around. OK, that is my experience at Mike Piazza Honda, very pleasant and productive. We had already had a taste of the dealership, since we previously leased a Civic from Mike Piazza Honda and that was a great deal with excellent service as well. But the whole process of shopping for and buying a new car from them gave me the total experience and it has been great. We will go there again for sure and I really recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. More
Just want to start out by saying Thank You to George F for being such an amazing salesperson! Never once did I feel pressured into buying a car. He took his time to go over the vehicles I had in mind and for being such an amazing salesperson! Never once did I feel pressured into buying a car. He took his time to go over the vehicles I had in mind and explain all the details of both. He made my first experience of buying a car, a great one! I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Langhorne as well as George F!! Thank you again, I am in LOVE with my new Honda Accord! More
All in all ok experience. I was told when I walked in for Expres Oil Change by an employee that was seated at 1 of the 2 desks in Customer Service area "someone will be with you shorty." That employee stayed Expres Oil Change by an employee that was seated at 1 of the 2 desks in Customer Service area "someone will be with you shorty." That employee stayed at her desk for a minute or two; went in the back, came back to her desk.. approaching 5 minutes I asked " Will someone be with me shortly?" Pure curiousity as in the past going here, was assisted immediately. She replied, Yes. Came back a minute later& indeed, helped me, certainly was cheerful & friendly. Went in for routine oil change, did not realize inspection was due, they were able to do that as well so that was great- another trip saved. More
I will start by saying THANK YOU...thank you to Joe and Jimmy for always making car buying a stress and hassle free process. I say always because over the past 3 years, I have been in to buy new cars for Jimmy for always making car buying a stress and hassle free process. I say always because over the past 3 years, I have been in to buy new cars for myself as well as accompany my sister, mother and 2 brothers. Each and every time was a pleasant ( yes I actually said pleasant) car buying experience. I have recommended this dealership to friends who have also told me how smoothly things went. I truly believe that these 2 guys have the customer's best interest in mind. I also want to mention that 4 of the vehicles that were purchased by myself and family members were not actually on the lot. The color/model combination needed to be a dealer locate. Basically that meant that Joe had to do some searching other dealerships for the specific car requested and make a trade. I know first hand that some of those other dealerships in the area are not very accommodating since the car you may want could easily be sold at their own location. This means Joe then had to contact dealerships in other states ( as was the case with my sisters). That being said he promised to have the car the next day and WA-LA there it was. As I mentioned dealer trades needed to be made on 3 other vehicles. Two were delivered next day and one I even had the same day!! I know I mentioned and gush over my "go-to" guys Joe and Jimmy but I have found all the sales people to be extremely friendly. I want to give a shout out to Vince and Diane who have assisted with the "final paperwork". Where else would you get a phone call to come back into the dealership after you leave because they found a lower APR that you were eligible for? Where?! I have read the previous review and find that to be an extremely unfortunate and uncharacteristic experience. I am headed back for my 3rd Honda and would recommend this dealership every time! Thanks again and I'll see you soon:) More
I have purchased 4 other vehicles here in the past. I just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic EX And traded in my 2010 Civic LX. I had a lot of major problems at Mike Piazza Honda. Starting with I picked out just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic EX And traded in my 2010 Civic LX. I had a lot of major problems at Mike Piazza Honda. Starting with I picked out a Honda Civic model I liked, they then told me the color I wanted they only had 1 car left in that color. So my salesman Squire O. goes to find this car was gone for and hour or more time. Comes back with the car its 8:30 pm and dark out. Meanwhile I later learn that they actually had 3 or 4 of the same car the same Color?? We did all the paper work signed papers and at 9:30 pm I was handed the keys nobody else was there all the lights were out already. I was never offered or given the chance to check over the car after it was cleaned for any damage. Also I was never shown the car or how it works or any features nor did they offer to? So I return the next morning soon as they open to point out a major scratch across the entire windshield and a scratch up the entire driver window. I spoke with the sales manager Joe S. and he tells me sorry but there is nothing they can really do except replace the windshield and drivers window as did the service manager Guy C. state the same to me. I refused to have a brand new car ripped apart and replaced to be honest the car should have been looked over and never put up for sale as a new car with this damage on it. I was told the general manager Joe G. was on vacation so I went back 3 days later to speak to him ofcourse I had to drive back over just to get to speak with him because my Salesman and the sales manager never would return my calls. The general manager Joe G. was very nice at first and offered to let me switch the car for a another new one. So I thought I was gonna be happy in'till they give me this other new car witch turns out the whole bumper was repainted and looked not even like the color matched. You could see the drips in the paint and the car was inspected 4-5 months ago the inspection stickers were from December 2012 this is April of 2013! Joe G. told me they did not paint the bumper it must have been sent from the factory like that. There is no way possible the Honda factory would let this car slip out there warehouse with a repainted different colored bumper. So I went back again had to wait hours there they offered me a 3rd car! Now remember I was first told there was only 1 car they had in this color. That took an hour to find the first car but yet they pull these other cars right off the lot out of the blue??? So the 3rd new car they wash it do paper work bring it out well I look at it and there is a big ding in the drivers door! I said no I want a new undamaged car! They all told me including the General manager Joe G. that I am being picky ??? I'm looking for stuff wrong with each car. Of course I am being picky its a $23,000 car! I can't believe they said this to me! So ok here comes car number 4 they have me look at the car for damage before they send it to get washed. At this point I'm ready to scream and I'm upset I look over the car the best I could for damage. It was dirty and dusty had to check. So I'm saying to myself Ok maybe we have a good car finally! They detail the car and bring it around put the plate on. Ask me to look over the car make sure I'm happy. So I look over the car and wow! There is a ding in the trunk lid on the car and a large baseball size scuff on the side of the front bumper. At this point I said I would just like my old car back that I traded in I have had enough! They said no you can't have your old car back we already put money into it to clean it up to sell! Now this is after 5 days back and fourth and 4 damaged cars they tried to sell to me! So they told me I had to pay THEM $1,100 more back to them plus pay them $5,000 cash because they already paid off my car I traded in. Now I don't have $6,000 to pay them in cash so there is no way I can get my car back and walk away! Now I'm stuck. So at this point they offer to bang out the ding in the trunk and buff out the big scuff on the bumper. I still didn't want this car due to it was damaged and needed to be fixed. But I had no choice at this time but to accept this car with a banged out ding and a buffed out large scuff mark. I was also told by the general manager Joe G. that I was being ridiculous because I wouldn't accept a brand new car that without a doubt had damage on it! Joe G. said to me it's not like I'm buying a Lamborghini or Ferrari! Are you kidding me I said this car still costs $23,000 that I'm buying! So what he was trying to say is because this was what he calls a cheap car I should buy it new with damage on it? Now please keep in mind I have bought 4 other new cars here in the past! And also all 4 of the cars they tried to sell me all were damaged! Including the one I'm stuck with! Now they are selling these cars with dings in them and scratched windshields and repainted bumpers. But they give you a book with each one that clearly is marked and checked off and signed by them saying that there is no damage to the car no chips, dents, scratches or paint blemishes! This is illegal in my opinion they can't not do this and sell damaged cars that are clearly marked off and signed as there is no damage! This is wrong and I was taken advantage of! Also the car I got stuck buying has a major shake/shimmy in the wheel that is very bad. On the highway its shakes really bad even at low speed the car wobbles. This is a major issue and I can't and won't go to Mike Piazza Honda to have this issue looked at. I honestly do not trust them with this car after all they put me thru and how upset they got me. So now I have no choice but to have to go to another Honda dealer I guess almost 50 minutes from my home because of this! My experience at Mike Piazza Honda has made me not to ever want to buy a Honda brand car again. I lost time from my job to deal with them for hours a day for 5 days. And still have a car that feels unsafe to drive. I will be looking into consumer services, Honda corporate offices and the state attorney generals office to get help for what I just went thru. I do 100% understand that Mike Piazza Honda does not make the cars Honda does. But I do feel that it is 100% Mike Piazza Honda's responsibility to inspect the vehicles that are shipped to them and take note of all damage that there is on each vehicle before they mark off and sign off that there is no damage when there really is damage on the vehicle before they sell it to a customer. I wrote this review and it is a 100% honest review of my experience at Mike Piazza Honda. I would just like to let others know about what happend to me here and think that they should be very careful if they do purchase a vehicle here but in my honest opinion I would honestly go to a different dealer to purchase a new vehicle. This was by far the worst experience of my life with Mike Piazza Honda and changed my thoughts about Honda vehicles. I will also be letting all my friends & family members know to never buy from Mike Piazza Honda. More
