Do yourself a favor and go see Anthony! I have been searching for a car for more than a month now. Before going to Mike Piazza Honda I had been to 3 other Honda Dealerships, 2 Toyota dealer I have been searching for a car for more than a month now. Before going to Mike Piazza Honda I had been to 3 other Honda Dealerships, 2 Toyota dealerships, Infinity and Acura. I was driving an Acura TL and was looking for a used car with low milage and had all the same features as my TL with a lower price. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack and I was about to give up after a Dealer mgr told me I had unrealistic expectations and drive my TL till the wheels fell off when I found an '14 Accord EX-L w/Nav and only 900+ miles and I immediately submitted my contact info and got a call back from the sales dept and was put in contact with Anthony. He gave me realistic expectations regarding price and the sales process and we made an appt for Monday night. I went to the dealership straight from work, Anthony had a few cars pulled up front for me to test drive and when he realized I wasn't interested in what I initially called for he directed me to another 2014 Accord with low milage that was the whole package. Fully loaded, perfect color (inside and out) V6 engine, everything I was looking for and MORE! For the first time in over a month I knew I had found my car! Anthony worked with his Mgr to get me the best price and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the payment. I mentioned that my aunt works at a Honda dealership (the one with the rude mgr that said I had unrealistic expectations) and Sandy in finance worked with me on the extra coverage as a nod to my aunt to ensure I was taken care of (She said thanks Sandy!)! The entire experience was great from start to finish! If you are looking for a used car with low milage go to Mike Piazza Honda and def see Anthony! This past monday I began to shop for a car, I first went to neighborhood car lots because with my credit situation, I just knew a major dealership would not deal with me. About 8 yrs ago I made poor decisio to neighborhood car lots because with my credit situation, I just knew a major dealership would not deal with me. About 8 yrs ago I made poor decisions in regards to my credit and trying to fix my credit has been an uphill battle. So I went to these car lots and found myself almost being scammed into getting a car that was way out of my price range with a ridiculous car note and that was frankly not worth it. A salesman actually suggested to me to try Piazza Honda. I called and someone took my information. In a few minutes Anthony aka Godsend called me. He was so understanding and informative. I told him my credit situation, my budget, made an appt. Once I got to the dealership. Anthony pointed me in the direction of what Honda cars would be in my budget. He also had a 2011 White Honda Civic waiting for me. I fell in love with it immediately and really thought I wouldn't get it. Anthony assured me that my situation wasn't as bad as I thought. I was quickly approved and signed paperwork. My interest rate is a lil high but because of my credit situation...I had to start somewhere. I'm beyond happy with car and I can't thank Anthony enough for his professionalism and overall great customer service. More
