It was a busy day but they quickly managed to connect me with Osborne to discuss specifics on what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I had already purchased 2 Honda Odysseys from Mike Piazza and was interested in seeing how much I could get for my 2008. They were able to accommodate getting me the trade price for my vehicle and running the numbers for a new one. Osborne was kind and informative but not pushy....my style of salesperson! Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, the color that I wanted was not in stock on the lot. They called around and had a car delivered from another dealer and by the next morning, I was enjoying the smell of my brand new 2014 Odyssey and all of its upgraded features. The last day of the month was a busy day but they all worked efficiently and pushed through the details to accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend Osborne and Mike Piazza Honda to others. I came back that night to purchase the vehicle. The only hiccup we had was they pulled my credit after we negotiated the price, which changed the price. I came in the next day and sat down with Sandy we were able to negotiate a deal that was beneficial for both of us. Sandy really went above and beyond to give me a good deal. I am very satisfied with the overall experience with buying my Honda CR-V. I will defintely go back for my next car. More

Do yourself a favor and go see Anthony! I have been searching for a car for more than a month now. Before going to Mike Piazza Honda I had been to 3 other Honda Dealerships, 2 Toyota dealer I have been searching for a car for more than a month now. Before going to Mike Piazza Honda I had been to 3 other Honda Dealerships, 2 Toyota dealerships, Infinity and Acura. I was driving an Acura TL and was looking for a used car with low milage and had all the same features as my TL with a lower price. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack and I was about to give up after a Dealer mgr told me I had unrealistic expectations and drive my TL till the wheels fell off when I found an '14 Accord EX-L w/Nav and only 900+ miles and I immediately submitted my contact info and got a call back from the sales dept and was put in contact with Anthony. He gave me realistic expectations regarding price and the sales process and we made an appt for Monday night. I went to the dealership straight from work, Anthony had a few cars pulled up front for me to test drive and when he realized I wasn't interested in what I initially called for he directed me to another 2014 Accord with low milage that was the whole package. Fully loaded, perfect color (inside and out) V6 engine, everything I was looking for and MORE! For the first time in over a month I knew I had found my car! Anthony worked with his Mgr to get me the best price and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the payment. I mentioned that my aunt works at a Honda dealership (the one with the rude mgr that said I had unrealistic expectations) and Sandy in finance worked with me on the extra coverage as a nod to my aunt to ensure I was taken care of (She said thanks Sandy!)! The entire experience was great from start to finish! If you are looking for a used car with low milage go to Mike Piazza Honda and def see Anthony! They had an excellent selection on the lot and we even got umbrellas because it was raining. This is why we drive from NJ up to Mike Piazza just for Vince and George. They continued to check up on me to make sure all my needs were met and I was satisfied with my purchase. Upon finalizing my purchase they also walked me through all of the features in my new vehicle and made sure they had answered everything before my departure.
