An extremely well deserved "5 star" review for the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Let me start by saying that though I am not currently in the automotive business for the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Let me start by saying that though I am not currently in the automotive business, and haven't been for a little over five years, I spent nearly a decade of my life selling Honda's in New Jersey and that four of those years were spent at a dealership in Central New Jersey as the New and Used Car Sales Manager. I had a terrific sales staff. Some were average, while others were a bit above average, and a couple who were absolute top-notch. *Matthew Gillespie* of Mike Piazza Honda quite possibly surpasses any and all sales people I have ever come across in the business. He was completely polished, knew all aspects of the vehicle, the mechanics of a lease, and anything else you could possibly ask a salesman. Not only did he possess those traits, but he was as sincere to both myself and my fiancé as one could be in any aspect of business. Thank you so much, Matthew, for a wonderful afternoon at your dealership and for a terrific deal on our Honda Civic! As far as my experience with the dealership itself, I must say I was again completely satisfied with every aspect as well. The Finance Office was a breeze; I was presented with extremely fair pricing on extended warranties/service plans. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and they had my paperwork squared away very quickly. Though the dealership is not large or flashy, it is clean, well-run and very well stocked. I got the exact car I wanted (2015 Honda Civic EX Sedan) in a color that we both found quite attractive. When shopping for a car, don't believe the hype of gigantic dealerships that you can somehow get a better deal. They all get the cars for the exact same price, but by running a bit "lean" on frills, Mike Piazza Honda seems to be able to pass on tremendous savings with no haggling to the consumer. Amazing Customer Service I was looking for something fast and sporty, and saw a car at Mike Piazza. It was a Infiniti g35. The price was greatly reduced. From start to finish he was extremely polite, professional, and caring. Mr. Cruz never made me feel pressured into buying the car, and did not force tactics on me to convince me other wise. The moment I saw Mr. Cruz, he offered if he could get me anything, water, a snack, and took me right out to see the car. Everything on the car was flawless, including the amazing price. Mr. Cruz printed out estimates for me, service records, and the car fax. He told me to think about the decision and call him whenever I needed, and gave me his cell phone number. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Mr. Cruz went above and beyond my expectations to keep me updated on the status of the car, and also made sure I knew everything that was going on. We had done the internet quote ahead of time and hoped we could end up with a new car purchase. Immediately we were greeted by the friendly staff and shown into Mike's office where he helped us find exactly what we wanted and then proceeded making the whole car buying transaction smooth and enjoyable. Then we met Jeremy for the finalization of our deal and he was just as sincere and professional! We've had many car purchases over the years but honestly, this was very different. If you want a genuine "real" experience in the usually-not-so-real situation as car buying, then please do yourself a favor and head to Mike Piazza of Langhorne!
