Bob made the CRV purchase relatively easy and was thoughtful and professional. He always made himself available during and after the sale. We love the car! More

I was quickly greeted by a salesperson who was able to help me decide on a new vehicle based on my need I had a great experience at Mike Piazza Honda. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson who was able to help me decide on a new vehicle based on my needs and payment expectations. The process went smoothly after test driving a few vechicles and I was happy with the end result. I was able to negotiate and walked away with a 2016 CR-V EX that I am in love with and a payment that works. I would definelty recommend Mike Piazza Honda and Bob Mozitis as a sales person. Bob was knowlegable about the car and friendly, which made the process easy. More

Unprofessional & Unethical They were very unprofessional & unethical the way they treated me & my family. I was looking to buy a 2016 CrV & I had got couple of online quotes whi They were very unprofessional & unethical the way they treated me & my family. I was looking to buy a 2016 CrV & I had got couple of online quotes which was lower than what these guys quoted so I called the Internet manager David & asked if he can beat the price, if he could then I would like to stop in at the dealership & purchase the vehicle today itself. He told if I had quote in writing then he will beat & get the deal done.I had the quote in writing so I told him that if he couldn't beat the price then I really didn't want to waste my time by driving there as this dealership is about 45 mins away from my place but David told me that I should come in & he will definitely beat or match the price. When I got to dealership I showed them the quote to the sass person. The sales person went this his boss then after talking his boss, he came back with a quote which was way higher than the quote I had brought in writing. I asked the sales person if he could get David for me as I had spoken to him earlier in the day about this situation & I didn't wanted to waste my time. So then David came to us & he looked at quote & told me that he will be back. After few minutes the Sales Manager came to us & told us that couldn't do the deal. I couldn't believe these guys they actually LIED to me to get me to the dealership & wasted my time. These guys unprofessional & unethical, I don't think anyone should go there because these guys cannot be trusted. Horrible experience. I bought the car from another dealership for the price that I was quoted for. They missed a deal & a customer. More

An extremely well deserved "5 star" review for the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Let me start by saying that though I am not currently in the automotive business for the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Let me start by saying that though I am not currently in the automotive business, and haven't been for a little over five years, I spent nearly a decade of my life selling Honda's in New Jersey and that four of those years were spent at a dealership in Central New Jersey as the New and Used Car Sales Manager. I had a terrific sales staff. Some were average, while others were a bit above average, and a couple who were absolute top-notch. *Matthew Gillespie* of Mike Piazza Honda quite possibly surpasses any and all sales people I have ever come across in the business. He was completely polished, knew all aspects of the vehicle, the mechanics of a lease, and anything else you could possibly ask a salesman. Not only did he possess those traits, but he was as sincere to both myself and my fiancé as one could be in any aspect of business. Thank you so much, Matthew, for a wonderful afternoon at your dealership and for a terrific deal on our Honda Civic! As far as my experience with the dealership itself, I must say I was again completely satisfied with every aspect as well. The Finance Office was a breeze; I was presented with extremely fair pricing on extended warranties/service plans. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and they had my paperwork squared away very quickly. Though the dealership is not large or flashy, it is clean, well-run and very well stocked. I got the exact car I wanted (2015 Honda Civic EX Sedan) in a color that we both found quite attractive. When shopping for a car, don't believe the hype of gigantic dealerships that you can somehow get a better deal. They all get the cars for the exact same price, but by running a bit "lean" on frills, Mike Piazza Honda seems to be able to pass on tremendous savings with no haggling to the consumer. No matter how many times you ask them not to do so, they will keep on doing that their way. The body shops collects as much money as possible from your insurance company but use cheat, incorrect, and bad parts to repair your car. The dealer's website sets up to collect you name, phone, email, in the name of inviting feedbacks and says they will contact you shortly, but they will never respond to your feedback, accept getting your information for marketing. I don't know how the other salesman are but mine was not good. I had to how d him for info and after deal was done they never gave me my valet key, told me they would Mail it to me, I never received it and as usual they wouldnt answer when contacted and asking them. The only good area of this dealership is the service dept. They are great aND the business office was fine. So if you decide to go here and buy, do all research up front as they don't answer. More
