Phony Repair Order - Stay Away Went in to have a bad alternator replaced. Mike the service adviser told me they tested the battery and it needed to be replaced. Said I also had one Went in to have a bad alternator replaced. Mike the service adviser told me they tested the battery and it needed to be replaced. Said I also had one bad tire. The battery was 5 months old. I picked up the battery and took it to where I bought it, thinking it was bad and still under warranty. They tested it and it was good as new. Even let me see the test machine and gave me the printout. I took the car somewhere else to be fixed. Service department basically commits theft trying to sell you items you don't need. Usually you have to trust they are telling you the truth. Got proof this time. Never going back there again. Don't trust them More

I went to Mike Piazza dealer for Honda CRV EX-L 2018 model they agreed on some number which was below the quotation form other delarship i gave it to them. I asked my friend to come down since we agreed on price we are looking for. he drove all the way from Edison with an hour drive with pre approved loan to finalize the deal. They didn’t even bother to talk to us for a min kept us waiting for 30-40 mins then came and said we cannot give you the number we agreed upon because that number was of EX not EX-L . It was not a mistake of Sales Manager, since he confirms from General manager and i heard him saying in atypical fashion, “Lets Do It, We have a deal”. Later We overheard the General manager saying tell them it was a mistake and cannot help with this number. I strongly recommend not to waste your time going there and will even send a complaint to Honda management about the behavior. Highly unprofessional... More
Horrible Experience It felt like they did not really want to sell a car. I visited on an evening in August. It was drizzling and Mike did not want to even take me to It felt like they did not really want to sell a car. I visited on an evening in August. It was drizzling and Mike did not want to even take me to the car for a test drive or wanted to discuss about the car. So I went out and looked at a locked car (which he unlocked from inside the store). I got to sit inside the car and PRETEND to be driving. Once I went in, all he did was take the details and told me that he will call me with details as the manager was not available. Needless to say, I neither received a call from Mike nor did I go back to the dealer again. More

The difference is the knowledge and care that our salesman, Jim Abgarian, brought to the deal. He goes out of his way to go the extra mile to structure a deal so that everyone is happy. That is why I went back a second time to buy my new Honda - even though I had to go across the river. I would recommend the dealership and Jimmy to anyone looking for a new car. More
3 days 26 miles on crv and disappointed already. Unethical salesman and sales manager. E mailed coupons sent to me 1 day after purchasing new crv. The manager told me he lost 800 dollars on the car and if I don't believe him there is no use talking to me.(his words) .He refused to honor either coupon.When I asked salesman why he didn't notify me of incentives he said he doesn't know of any and doesn't watch t.v. So how would he know. I am 64 years old I have purchased many new cars for myself my wife children mother in law. I feel they took advantage of me . I cannot believe they told me they lost 800 dollars. My new cars voice recognition system doesn't any voices dealership expert told me it will get better on its own????. I may have made a mistake buying a Honda from this dealership but I'm not a fool. I've been had. More

After holding us for long time with supposedly need for calculations, They asked me $450/month lease for a CRV, and offered a ridiculous $1000 for my old car Jeep Compass 2009 (8 year old, 100k miles). I showed them that the offer is nowhere near a normal deal, my friends have brand new Mercedes and BMW SUVs fr $350/month lease. The seller backed down and started to ask me what would be my offer. It felt like dealing with little scammers in Turkey, not with an auto dealer in Pennsylvania. I didn't give him any price, and he started to find excuses with the fact that my requests were hypothetical but if I wanted the car on the spot he could do better. You know, just a typical scam sellers use by starting with a very high price to make you feel that they help you by decreasing it a bit. These people are just scammers. Avoid! More
