Very inconvenient; didn't have my car all weekend My car was scheduled for inspection on Saturday at 9am but it did not even get looked at until Monday at 8am. No one from the service center informed me that this was going to happen. I had to call and speak to a manager but they could not do anything about it. I still had to pay full price and they acted as if they did nothing wrong. More

Being part of the discussion and evaluation is important to me and I credit the service advisor Michael Russo for his approach in welcoming my questions and helping me get the answers I needed. The service manager honored an expired coupon. And although I didn’t need them this time, the body shop staff (Ron Dworsky) has been very helpful, as has the Express Service crew. Keep up the great service - this is why I keep coming back to Mike Piazza Honda!! More
