I drove 35 minutes to get there and I soon as I walked in, the sales person would not meet me at the front door and someone told me that the car I had come to get was sold. They try to upsell me a newer model for more money. I was so annoyed and upset that I left and purchased a car elsewhere More

While we were there we were greeted by what seemed like the entire staff! It was wonderful to feel helped for once instead of people trying to force cars on you right away. We worked with Gary and he was so patient and thorough with us, showed us exactly what we were looking for which ended up being an EX CR-V. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase and we are so happy to have found somewhere that made the entire buying process painless. Very satisfied! More

I went in sorta confused on what vehicle I wanted, but when I was greeted by my salesperson Mike Piazza exceeded my expectations for buying a new car. I went in sorta confused on what vehicle I wanted, but when I was greeted by my salesperson George he set me straight. He was patient with me and answered all the questions I had. He went over the different kinds of accords they had and how they compared. I landed on the EX-L and I love it! I was able to leave with my new car that day and the process was very easy. Deceptive selling strategy: while negotiation I was told they offer lifetime free oil changes. After the contract was signed and I was going over, they confirmed that's true, but added that I'd only have to pay for the filter like $10. Con artists: I was negotiating the price with Scott Klein who seemed nice, however, he doesn't make any decision, Jeremy Lynes does, and was running back-n-forth between me and his manager Jeremy Lynes. I said to sales guy I didn't want to buy any options. Thus going over the papers with Robert Holmes I was surprised to see added $600 of options, I was told those are dealer installed options. It was late, I needed a car to drive home after I would drop my old car to CarMax, and the service department was already closed ( I knew because the service guy took off with spare keys for my car). So I couldn't ask them to remove these options and I decided to bite a bullet and pay. After signing the contract though, when Robert Holmes went out to see when my car will be ready, he came back and said that apparently the car was 'just delivered' and they did not install those options yet and wrote me 'We Owe' receipt for wheel locks and mud guards. Another words they tricked me into paying $600 for the stupid options which both cost like $100 if you buy them online. Buyer beware of these liars and check every line of the contract and the car, make sure these match. More
No Respect! I have been in the business of selling vehicles for 11 years. My dealership I work for did not have the model vehicle I was interested in so I went to the most convienent place for me, Mike Piazza Honda. I arrived at the dealership early in the morning, as the first customer. Partly because it was my day off and I didn’t want to spend much time buying a car and partly because I was 8 months pregnant and had just dropped my older son off to school. I can’t even remember the name of the sales person because he spent more time at the management tower goofing around than catering to me as a customer. As soon as I told him I worked in the business it’s as if a switch flipped and I was invisible.... at 8 months pregnant. I agreed to buy the vehicle based on price location of the dealership and just wanting to get this over with as I was expecting another son in a few weeks and needed a bigger vehicle. It took them over and hour to bring me into the finance office which from inside experience is ludicrous. Then the manager proceeded to tell me he would hold points on my rate because they were giving him a nothing deal!!!! How on earth these employees have jobs working with people is beyond me. Every single one of them was disrespectful of my time, my condition and my investment I was willing to make in purchasing a new vehicle from them. I have since NEVER been contacted for so much as a hello thank you how’s the vehicle or anything no email no phone call nothing. I will never return to this dealership and I will make sure none of my friends of family does either! Despicable! More

They finally honored it when I attempted to leave. They tried to sell me additional warranty coverage for $3500 which I refused. Then they came up with a supposed "coupon" which gave me the coverage for $252.00. They promised to give me all weather floor mats at cost, but didn't include the cargo mat. When I questioned that they said they would give it to me for free if I completed a survey rating them with all 10s. One of the sales managers actually hung up on me. I went to another dealership and purchased the mat on my own. The salesman seemed to be a decent guy, but the dealership is not an organization that you will want to deal with. Find another. More
