This was my first service appointment since I bought the car from them last year. The time estimate to complete the work was accurate. The work was completed to my satisfaction, at a cost lower than expecte car from them last year. The time estimate to complete the work was accurate. My first time ever dealing with a dealership. Needed new key made for door & ignition. My car is 16 years old. They gave me key cost & labor info up front. Were competent & accommodating. Any lack in a rating was due to my stress about things that were unrelated to their work. My service person was Ryan. He mentioned that due to the age of the car, they would ser what they could do, but was optimistic about being able to handle it. He was very patient. More
