The Service Department is excellent. On my recent visit, I was treated kindly and professionally by the manager Mike and Marc Ferris. They answered my questions with knowledge, patience and guidance. My vehicle needed some unexpected work and Marc arranged transportation for me to my home where he said I would probably be more comfortable waiting. I could not have been treated more professionally and with such kindness. I always am proud to say that my Honda CRV is serviced at Mike Piazza Honda. More

This is for the Service Department. Brought my car in for service, oil change, and asking to check why tire pressure monitor reporting fault. After 2 hours of waiting got my car back, Brought my car in for service, oil change, and asking to check why tire pressure monitor reporting fault. After 2 hours of waiting got my car back, tire pressure monitor not fixed, and asking to return for "diagnostics of an issue for $100 ". Frustrated, got into my car and found in the setting that monitor simply needed to be recalibrated - issue is fixed. This was Honda car at Honda dealership and they did not know that or knew it but wanted to get more money. Either incompetent or dishonest. More
