I took my car to get new tires and service manager was very nice. They checked my car and told me need fluids and not needed since I spent $600 in May and felt like I was being scammed. They work with the USAA Buying Service so we know exactly how much we will pay going in. There is no hasteling or upselling. While we were presented with the option to buy additional warranties and add-ons, there was no pressure and they respected our answer when we declined. Our salesperson, Eric, made very sure that we understood everything and assured us that he would be available for questions after the sale. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience and I'm sure we'll be back for our 6th Honda in a few years. More
