THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD Mike Piazza Honda was and still is the worst experience I have ever had. My 2016 leased Honda Civic was rear-ended twice. The first time was 10 day Mike Piazza Honda was and still is the worst experience I have ever had. My 2016 leased Honda Civic was rear-ended twice. The first time was 10 days after leasing the car. I had two emergency surgeries and will now have complications the rest of my life. I was also rear-ended a second time which my face smashed directly into the center of the steering wheel console which required another surgery on my face which was broken in numerous places. They were going to total the car but didn't. I continued to arrange meetings with higher ups in order to come to a resolution. The car consistently had problems after the accidents. No air conditioning - no braKes - they assured me they would get me out of the car which was nothing but a smoke screen. I am now compromised for the rest of my life. The car was being repaired for a total of 6-1/2 months (3-1/2 months for each accident). I was in the hospital in ICU and almost did not make it. They would not total the car. I meet with them time and time again to no avail. At this point I have taken it up with a higher authority. I have reported them for the third time to Honda Corporate of America If you have problems you need to call them at 1-800-999-1009. I have been pushed aside as though my own life has meant nothing and they told me to turn car in early which I did and I was assured that everything was going to be taking care of - never happened. I have all my documentation from my specialist surgeons and my disability paperwork. How would you feel having to drive a 2016 Honda Civic after it was almost totaled and was being repaired for over 6 months and get it back and not have air conditioning - no gel brakes - and a bad back tire - let alone almost losing my life. I missed 6 months of work and I am a single parent with two kids in college. This situation has compromised the rest of my life and has financially destroyed me. I still had to make $330 car payments even though I was told repeatedly that the car was most likely totaled especially after the second accident. Mike Piazza did nothing except continue to make me meet with them well over eight times in a year and every time I would spend all day there and leave with no resolution. Do they care at all - obviously not - Me and my family have been going there for over 20 years - management was very different and at that time they actually put the customer first. They have yet to resolve this issue with me so I have been left with no choice but to take to a higher authority. More
