While we were presented with the option to buy additional warranties and add-ons, there was no pressure and they respected our answer when we declined. Our salesperson, Eric, made very sure that we understood everything and assured us that he would be available for questions after the sale. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience and I'm sure we'll be back for our 6th Honda in a few years. More
