I scheduled an appointment for a regular maintenance: oil and filter change. After an hour wait the service associate handed the car keys back to me. I paid for the service and started making my way home. In one minute all the indicators in the car came red saying “critical failure”. After coming back into the service box the technician took out the probe from the engine and it was completely dry! No oil at all!!!! I was there in the service box and saw it myself!!! The engine went out completely. They replaced the short block of the engine and refused even to provide a warranty on their work! I have a reasonable doubt that the work was done correctly . They did not acknowledge the root cause of the issue in the description on the maintenance summary. Trying to cover the issue with the words like ”engine did not run ”. It’s 4 year old Honda crv! Why should the engine fail? The engine failed because your associate did not put oil into an engine and gave it back to the client. They do not trust into a quality of their own job this is why you did not guarantee it. This a shame for Honda to have its name over that place More
Went in for service this morning. I was early for my appointment. When I walked in Ashley greeted me with a friendly smile and got me checked in. I expected to be there for a while since I was early by about 30 minutes. Ashley did not waste any time and had me back on the road only a few minutes past my actual appointment time. Fai price, quick service, great attitude, a comfy place to wait with coffee and pretzels. Top notch, great job Ashley, I will definitely be in touch for my future service needs as well as my next vehicle purchase!!! More

had a very disappointing experience at Mike Piazza Honda Langhorne with Service Advisor Marc Ferris. His attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I brought in my Honda due to an emission system problem, and my car was kept for two days without any communication. I had to repeatedly call to get updates, which was frustrating. When I finally contacted them for an update, Marc became angry and told me to come pick up my car. Upon arrival, I asked him why he was so rude on the phone, and he responded with a sarcastic comment that I found disrespectful. I requested my keys, and Mike, the Service and Parts Director, stepped in to take over the conversation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by Honda’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an apparent push to sell me a new car instead of resolving the existing issue with my current vehicle. I do not feel comfortable returning to this dealership and will be seeking other options to address the system errors that seem to be outside of warranty or recall coverage. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this dealership based on my visit. More
