While I was excited about the purchase, Langhorne, PA I recently purchased a new vehicle from Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne, PA on March 30, 2025. While I was excited about the purchase, the experience following the sale has been extremely frustrating and disappointing—particularly regarding a body molding issue that was supposed to be resolved as part of the purchase agreement. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed visible scratches on a section of the body molding. My salesperson, Ryan Rizzo, acknowledged it and assured me that the sales manager, Dominic Onorato, would authorize the repair through the service department. I trusted them to follow through. Unfortunately, getting any kind of follow-up was a challenge. On April 23, I emailed Ryan for an update—no response. I texted him the next day, and he replied saying he’d check and get back to me. He never did. I followed up again via text on April 28—still no reply. On April 29, I escalated the issue and emailed Dominic, the sales manager. He promised to get back to me “today,” but never did. On April 30, I followed up again, and he finally responded that the part had been ordered. On May 1, someone from the service department called to schedule the repair. Since my wife drives the car, I asked them to wait for her to call. She left a message on May 2, but received no return call. Then on May 5, we got an email stating the service was scheduled for May 7 at noon—right in the middle of my workday. My wife called to try to reschedule, spoke to a woman in the service department who placed her on hold—and the call got disconnected. When she called back, it went straight to voicemail. Fed up, I drove 20 minutes to the dealership on May 6 and spoke to Ryan in the service department. He was courteous and helpful. He looked into my account and said there were lots of notes from sales. He scheduled me for May 9 at 8 a.m. But the saga didn’t end there. On May 9, my wife brought the car in—only to be told there was no appointment in the system. Thankfully, a kind woman at the service desk said she would squeeze us in and took care of it. Overall, the service department staff were polite and tried to help, but the communication breakdown between sales, service, and the customer was unacceptable. It took over a month of repeated emails, texts, calls, and even an in-person visit to get a simple repair scheduled. I would not recommend Mike Piazza Honda based on my experience. A new car purchase should not come with this much hassle and follow-up just to get a promised repair handled. More

Jimmy Albagarian ripped us off. He is the worse kind of human. Piazza is even worse. Ripped me off and treated us terribly. Jimmy was supposed to be a friend.
