My first time ever dealing with a dealership. Needed new key made for door & ignition. My car is 16 years old. They gave me key cost & labor info up front. Were competent & accommodating. The Service Department is excellent. On my recent visit, I was treated kindly and professionally by the manager Mike and Marc Ferris. My vehicle needed some unexpected work and Marc arranged transportation for me to my home where he said I would probably be more comfortable waiting.
