Worst experience of my life, they love wasting your time and make it very clear that they do not view your time as valuable. This was a very pleasant experience. We called ahead and the vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived. All personnel were very friendly and courteous. We met Mr. Kelley and he allowed us to look over the the vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived. All personnel were very friendly and courteous. We met Mr. Kelley and he allowed us to look over the car at our own pace, then offered a lengthy test drive. We were then shown around the dealership and introduced to the various employees/departments who may be involved in our experience, either now or in the future. The dealership is very appealing to potential customers, with a WIFI room, large waiting area, and a children's room with TV and WII set up. Everything about the transaction went very smoothly, and overall, we were very pleased. The only dissatisfying issue was the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. We arrived at the dealership at 3:00pm and within 30 minutes had completed the walk-around, and test drive. We agreed we wanted the vehicle and as soon as we provided our Drivers License and proof of insurance, we advised our salesman that we wanted the vehicle. Then the wait began. We were led into the Finance office at about 6:15pm, and finally left with the vehicle at 7:04pm. Only 4 hours to complete the deal and get the car. As stated, the overall experience was very good. We enjoyed the Christian atmosphere of the dealership, the 'no-haggle, no pressure' attitude, and the people. We just were not prepared for the length of time to complete the transaction, especially when the wait was not due to any question about our credit or a trade-in situation. More

My only complaint was that the dealership does not offer a complimentary (3 gallons only) tank of gas on a used car purchase. We (dealership reps. and I) had to drive the vehilce over 35 miles to allow my a complimentary (3 gallons only) tank of gas on a used car purchase. We (dealership reps. and I) had to drive the vehilce over 35 miles to allow my wife to sign some paperwork. So when we took possession of the vehicle the fuel light was on. Needless the say we almost did not make it to a gas station and would have had to use the roadside assistance program. I still would recommend the dealership for future purchases. More
I began looking at the Honda Odyssey in June 2010 after having several service repairs on my 2008 Chrysler Town-n-Country Touring. I first spoke with Jon Moore and test drove a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring and was fairly sold except for the payment increase, so I kept looking over reviews of the 2010 vs. 2011 Odyssey and became sold on the looks and interior of the 2010. I then contacted Brent Combs who was able to find me just what I was looking for with the price exactly at what I had found online with several other dealers and he had the van brought to Mike Patton for my pick-up. Brent was even able to negotiate a fair trade value for my previous van and that was what helped to make my decision to purchase from Mike Patton. I also have to say that the service department for Mike Patton Chrysler is also to be recommended for excellent customer service and repair. They were always very courteous and conscious of my needs each time that I came to them for service repair on my Chrylser Town-n-Country. I really enjoyed dealing with Mike Patton's dealership and I was especially impressed by the professionalism of Kimberly and Cory. I honestly did not come in to buy a new vehicle, but after Kimberly found and I was especially impressed by the professionalism of Kimberly and Cory.
