The overall atmosphere of the dealership was warm, welcoming, and friendly. From the Christian themed Christmas music, to the smiles on the employees faces, I felt as if I had been into the dealership welcoming, and friendly. My sales representative did everything possible to help me make the decision to buy the vehicle. I never felt any pressure, never pushed nor rushed. Danny was extremely helpful. He was just as excited as I was about the car and was very knowledgeable. This team made car buying a very pleasant experience. I asked for Kim and she greeted me with a huge smile and was very helpful. They were busy with multiple customers at the time, so she put me in good hands with Cindy Raleigh, who was a pleasure to do business with. A lot of times at car dealerships, they're looking out for their own best interest so arent worried about getting the customer the best value possible. Brian Thompson offered a great trade-in offer that I couldn't refuse. They were all great, positive even when I put on my "buying a car" poker face ;-) I'd definitely do business with them again. They really are a no pressure type of dealership...you hear that thrown around a lot about dealerships, but they really are. It felt like doing business with family. If you're looking to buy, lease, trade-in, sell..whatever the case may be...you will be happy with Mike Patton. Do it! You wont be disappointed. More
