This was a complicated purchase because I was coming from Louisiana to buy my brother a used car. A mechanic friend who lives in my brother's home town of Opelika, AL, found the car at your dealership, but Louisiana to buy my brother a used car. A mechanic friend who lives in my brother's home town of Opelika, AL, found the car at your dealership, but he needed to be sure my brother could drive it since he is very short. I, also, needed time to drive to get to the dealership to buy the car. Both the Sales Manager and the Salesman were incredibly helpful in making sure the car was available to the mechanic to make sure it worked for my brother, and then to allow me time to get to LaGrange to buy it. Also, I was told by the mechanic that the car was in excellent condition- everything that needed replacing had been replaced before he even checked the car- in other words it was already in excellent condition when he looked at it. I have since driven it with my brother and we have both been excited and pleased at how well it drives. I am a 62 year old single woman who usually feels very uneasy trying to buy a used car. I have full confidence recommending this dealership to anyone! More
Ms. Kim was outstanding! She was patient, consistant, fantastic attitude. I went in to test drive a Honda Odyssey...she made me feel so confident about this vehicle. Words can't express what a great experience I had working with Tim, Brian and James!! From beginning to end, they all worked to help me resolve the issue of trading two cars. It was horrible , by far the worst place I have ever been. I went there for a recall simple enough. I told them I talked to Honda and they had the bill. They told me that it was okay. Jimmy told me he would make sure that's what was causing the problem. He told me he would in an hour.I told him to call me before they did anything.I wanted to make sure I was not coming out of pocket. I waited and waited. Then 2 and half hours I called after the maze of being put on hold Jimmy picked up. He told me it was the problem and they were going to fix it for free!(Like Honda told them to)One hour later Jimmy called me and said it would be ready soon but there was a 25$ hospitality fee from Honda.. I said okay being ill informed. But I thought to myself Honda told me it was free. I called the 1800# for Honda and talked to a recall rep. He told me that there was no such fee. I got a case # for Mike Patton. The Honda rep told me to just have them call him and he would talk to them. So when I showed up there was one service writer there and she had no clue what to do. I asked to speak to the service mng. She told me him and Jimmy were in a meeting and not to be disturbed. I told her what was going on. She was very understanding to my situation and took down the case # for the Manager. Very pleasant lady. I took my keys and left. No this did not end there. I got two phone calls on my cell and they called my work. I was unsure what to do so I called Honda . They once again told me not to worry about this it was there problem. I looked on the piece of paper Mike Patton gave me and witch I have pictures of and would love to post them also. It said 25$ decteutable . Honda told me there is 0$$$$ charge for Recalls. I called back Mike Patton and got the Service Manager on the phone he was very rude and told me if I did not pay the 25$ my car would not be covered by the part warranty. I told him to call Honda and he told me he already talked to him rep and they wanted their 25$. I said I was not paying that no way no how. He then cursed at me and told me I hope that part don't break and we will see who's going to win this fight buddy! He hung up on me and that was that. LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT GO TO MIKE PATTON!!!!!! More

My husband and I had a great experience working with Tim Thomaston on the purchase of my 2012 Honda Pilot. We simply came in to test drive a pilot and had such a great experience, we bought the first one we test drove and drove it home the same day. Tim knows these vehicles inside out and top to bottom. He was patient and informative when explaining all of the features. He assured me he would be there for me if I had any questions even after the sale. In fact, he has called us two times within the first week after purchasing our Pilot to make sure we are completly satisfied. The entire staff at Mike Patton Honda were friendly and welcoming. They went through great links to accomodate our every need. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and especially Tim to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle with no hassle! More
