Internet sales guy is Rude, I thought it was the dealerships responsibility to stay professional and remove the bad taste other dealers give consumers; I guess this one does not care about that. Sales rep told me they would not do business with me unless I apologize for saying that there are dealers that try to take advantage of customers. He said he would not beg for my business nor wanted my business unless I give them an apology. It is my right to be somewhat skeptical when buying a new car. I have sent several emails to the management and have yet to even hear from them all I can say is they condone this type of behavior from their staff. I hate it because I just bought 2 new Hondas less than 6 months ago and really liked them at first, but the first time you say something that they don't like you get told your business is not welcome. There aren't enough words to describe the great customer service I received from Kim. She is truly a one of a one of a kind sales person. Kim presented me with all of my options for buying an automobile. She knew I really wanted an SUV and she made sure I got what I wanted and needed. Kim wore a smile from the time I came unto the lot until the time I left. Kim takes her job and every customer very serious, it's as if she treats them like family. She will make sure the customer is well taken care of and they get what they truly want in a vechicle. This was THE most comfortable car-buying experience we've EVER had with a dealer. We have avoided dealers because of the games and shenanigans we all know occurs. NONE of that happened with Patton Honda - from the "looking around phase", test-driving, thinking and pondering, to Robert Wilkins in Finance who was extremely personable while collecting our $$!! Kimberly was a dream to work with. We were met outside in the pouring rain with Kimberly who had the most friendly smile. We had only come to test drive a car. She did not try to pressure us one bit. After test driving two Hondas she gave us all the pertinent information. It was the most laid back encounter with a car salesperson we have ever had. She also let the cars speak for themselves which is very important. After we had our decision, she made the sales process as comfortable and expediant as can be. I know we will be in the market for another car soon and we are sure we will go to her first. Mike Patton Honda should be extremely proud of the customer service that they are providing through Kimberly Parker. Kim did it again! I contact Kim to "upgrade" my current Civic and she was there to lend advice, options, and support as I made my decision. I am very pleased with Mike Patton Honda, especially Kim. I don't like being biased but she will be my go to person as long as she is with Mike Patton. The entire staff is awesome and they all have a great sense of humor...however, I've built a personal connection with Kim. I am looking forward to sending people her way!! Working with Kimberly was great. We had met her on an earlier browsing session and specifically asked for her when we were ready to buy. She listened to us and found a used car that was perfect for our earlier browsing session and specifically asked for her when we were ready to buy. She listened to us and found a used car that was perfect for our daughter. We bought it on Sat., April 27 and left it to be detailed and have the brakes checked. She assured us it would be ready by Tue., Wed. at the latest. My daughter and I picked it up late Tue. evening. It had been thoroughly detailed and stains on the upholstery had vanished. We were even more pleased with our purchase at this point. Late on Wed., too late to call Kimberly, we realized the car had been damaged in Sunday's hailstorm. My husband took it back on Thursday and they are in the process of fixing it. This is why I chose the rating of "Good" for our overall experience instead of "Great". As stated earlier, the hail occurred on Sunday. No one contacted us on Monday. On Tuesday I received a voicemail reminding me to have State Farm fax them the binder. State Farm had sent this on Monday. I called Kimberly back to tell her and left a voicemail asking her to check their incoming faxes. Kimberly called me after 5:00 that same day to tell me we could pick up the car. No mention of hail damage. My daughter and I picked up the car shortly after 6:00. Kimberly came out to the parking lot with us and we marveled over how clean it was. No mention of hail damage. The persons detailing it could not have helped noticing the damage. Maybe they did and in good faith reported it. When my husband went back on Thursday, she told him she had left a voicemail on my cell phone about the damage . Maybe she did and for some reason I did not receive it. Maybe she left it on someone else's phone in error. I know she had my number because of the earlier voicemail on Tuesday. At this point, we were and are disappointed. We aren't sure when we will get the car back. We have the distinct feeling that it was hoped we would not notice and complain. Now we are worried that maybe there are other issues we were not made aware of. I was willing to trust her when she said what we thought was a brake issue was really a tire issue and they had replaced both back tires. When we get the car back I will have the brakes checked somewhere else. This car is hauling my precious cargo--one of my daughters. As much as we enjoyed meeting and working with Kimberly, I can't in good conscience recommend Kimberly or the dealership to family and friends right now. Over time, if the car proves to be reliable and safe, I may re-visit this decision. How differently I would feel had making us aware of the hail damage been a priority! More
I was in the market for a used truck when I found Mike Patton on the internet. The website was very informative and the pricing was on hand. none of this " CALL FOR PRICING" mess you find on most sites. Patton on the internet. They do business differently that most car lots. Up front pricing, no haggling and more importantly no pressure.
