When I began looking for a new car, I was quite apprehensive. Matt was very friendly and helped me to find the perfect car for me. He went the extra mile to find the color I wanted instead of trying to persuade me to accept the color that was convenient for him. I felt that he was truly iterested in assisting me. He even set the clock all of the electronic doodads for me:-) After we selected the car, I was referred to Chuck for the financing step of the process. Chuck worked with me to get the best deal he could for me as far as interest rate. I ended up with 0%-----yahoooo!!!! I felt comfortable with Chuck, and I felt as though he had my best interests at heart. He was very patient and explained each step to me. He didn't appear annoyed because he had to stay after closing time with me to finish the process. I have bought several cars at various dealers, but I will definitely return to Mike Patton Honda in LaGrange. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. I felt comfortable and I felt as if me and her were just having a causal conversation not actually buying a car. My time was short because I had my son with me, but on my return visit the next day all I did was sign and drive and the rest well I'm in a brand new car and I LOVE IT!!! We were looking for a late model Honda Pilot and my wife found one in our price range online at Mike Patton Honda in LaGrange. She begin to speak with Mr.Mark Brady over the internet about the vehicle. One Thursday, we decided to take the ride to LaGrange to look at the vehicle. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were treated very well and not pressured into anything that we did not want. The vehicle that we went to look at was sold earlier that day, so at that point, I thought that we had rode about 45 minutes for nothing. I was prepared to leave and go back to CarMax in Columbus and do business with them. Mr. Thomas Stafford was a great salesman and filled in well in the absence of Mr. Brady. After a few minutes of talking with Mr. Stafford, we looked at the 2013 Honda Pilots and were very impressed with them. In the back of our minds, we knew that we couldn't afford a new Honda Pilot and we had already got our financing done through USAA. Mr. Stafford suggested we at least look at Honda Financing for the purchase of a 2013 Pilot. We started the paperwork and as time went on, we had to leave to return to Columbus to pickup our child from daycare. Mr. Stafford let us take a 2013 Honda Pilot for the night. The very next day we returned and we had been approved by Honda for financing. We met Mr. Brady and he picked up right where Mr. Stafford left off. The dealership did not have the color and options that my spouse wanted in the Honda Pilot. Mr. Vaughn immediately got on the phone and started tracking down the options that my spouse wanted. So we had to return home again and would be given a call when the vehicle was at the dealership. Saturday afternoon, we arrived at the dealership and picked up our new 2013 Honda Pilot. The staff was very friendly and professional. I am a believer in Mike Patton Honda and will purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. Thanks Mark, Thomas and Cory for making buying a new car so painless when we just wanted a used one. Great job guys! More
Well done!!! We needed a minivan, they gave us a good price. When the check engine light came on two days later, they paid for the repairs and gave us a loaner. My wife and I entered our purchase of a used car with a little trepidation since we normally have worked with Car Solutions in the past. Knowing we were on our own with this future transaction, we had done little trepidation since we normally have worked with Car Solutions in the past. Knowing we were on our own with this future transaction, we had done some research on line and found the car we had been looking for, within the price range we could afford. Once we arrived at the dealership, we encountered Marcus without any prior contact, and he made this first contact very pleasant and welcome. He was very attentive, listening to our requests and bringing to us the car we had researched for inspection with a sense of urgency. He allowed us to feel that this was what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. He answered all of our questions and even offered important information that we hadn't thought about. There was absolutely no hassle whatsoever in the entire process of inspecting the car, and buying it. All of that said, there was one point that was very disappointing when it was time to actually drive the car off the lot. As I began to drive the air conditioning failed. I brought it to Marcus's attention, and he immediately brought it to service. It was discovered that the air conditioning clutch and coil had malfunctioned and needed replacement. What was said to me by the service representative deeply troubled me. She said, "Good news, the air conditioner is under a recall for this vehicle, so it'll be free of charge." This implied that they were going to otherwise make me pay for a repair of a unit that was functioning fine just prior to this, and I hadn't even driven off the lot, yet. Prior to the purchase, Marcus had assured me that all recall issues were already taken care of before the car was offered up for sale. When I brought this up to Chris and my disappointment, he gave me the impression of shrugging it off. All said and done, however, Marcus was very proactive in supplying me a loan vehicle during the repair. Two hours later a driver actually drove 35 minutes to my house to deliver the car, then returned in the loan vehicle. I must say that Marcus was the hero in making this situation work all the way around to a satisfactory conclusion. More

My husband and I were well pleased with all the people we dealt with at Mike Patton in the purchase of our new 2013 Honda Accord on September 6, 2013, and feel that we were treated with respect. There seems to be a HUGE difference in the management and their personnel. There seems to be a real Christian attitude now and everyone was sincerely friendly and went out of their way to help us. We had our 2004 Honda towed to the dealership after breaking down south of LaGrange. Realizing our car was not worth the repairs, we bagan our search for a new vehicle. Being from Atlanta and having our 2004 presented some logistical problems, but also allowed us to search for cars/pricing that was competitive to not just that market. Upon first meeting the sales and ownership staff at the dealership and spending the day looking at cars, talking football, and sharing family stories, we knew we wanted to buy a car from Mike Patton. Going back to Atlanta allowed us to then get quotes locally that the Mike Patton Price Match Guarantee equalled. We finalized our numbers easily and drove back down to pickup our 2013 Honda Accord. Once again, the experience was top notch and could not have been friendlier if you want to talk football, golf, family, etc....while you wait to have your car tailored to your needs. Thanks Guys.
