I called the dealership Wednesday to speak w/ a sales rep regarding a Jeep Wrangler. I was very fortunate to have Mark Vinyard answer my sales call. That evening I went out to the dealership to drive the Jee regarding a Jeep Wrangler. I was very fortunate to have Mark Vinyard answer my sales call. I love the Jeep Wrangler that we have purchased and Mark made the whole experience go very smoothly from beginning to end! I contacted the dealership through e-mail to get a quote on a vehicle. I didn't have the greatest financial situation when I contacted them. Quentin asked me to come in to speak with them directly and for t on a vehicle. I didn't have the greatest financial situation when I contacted them. Quentin and the rest of the staff worked hard to find the right bank for me to get financed through and truely came through for me. They were all very friendly and put me at ease through the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

For once I went into a car lot that someone didn't promise me a car and I drive for 2 weeks and have to bring the car back. I purchased a 2010 jeep wrangler rubicon from Mark Pullen. I contacted him through internet emails about the jeep I wanted to buy and got an immediate response. He offered to deliver it to my Pullen. He offered to deliver it to my house for free, which was great since I'm disabled and live in Alabama and this is the main and only reason I purchased from them. He wanted 31,106 for the jeep, which I was okay with, and I never even disagreed with the price. First thing he told me was that they were a hassle free, no tricks, no gimmicks, and best price up front dealer, which I thought was great and was hoping it was true. When the day came to purchase the vehicle I called Mark Pullen and he informed me that they had lowered the price of the jeep to 27,895 and my first thought was this can't be right, so I asked if he was sure and he said yes because he had written the price down on his hand. At this time I was questioning the mileage on the jeep. I was trying to figure out why a new 2010 jeep would have 695 miles on it and all he could tell me was that he didn't know why it had that many miles. I let it go because I thought that's why they had lowered the price so low. This is probably why he lied to me about the price so I would ignore the miles that shouldn't be on a new vehicle. I told him to go double check the price and call me back. He calls me back and says that the price is 27,895 so I thought I was getting a great deal so I was no longer worried about the mileage. He then says the finance guy will call me in a few minutes to get my loan and down payment info. When the finance guy calls me, we start going over the numbers and he mentions the price being 29,875 and I then tell him that Mark Pullen told me the price was 27,895. He then tells me he has to walk out to the jeep and make sure the price is correct and he comes back on the line a few minutes later and says the price is 29,875. I say okay, that's fine. I was agreeable with the price the whole time but they still felt the need to run their little scam on me. Mark Pullen then calls me back apologizing about giving me the wrong price and that it was hard to read because the price he wrote down on his hand probably got smeared. This was after I told him to double check the price on the jeep, which he had claimed he did. So I agreed on the price of 29,875, after we agree on that price he throws in a $427 doc fee that he says is required. I was also promised a $500 mopar allowance which I have yet to receive. I ordered the parts through Mark Pullen. I faxed back the order form he asked me to sign and haven't heard from him since. Right now it looks like I won't be getting the accessories I ordered. I tried contacting him by email and get no response. I also tried to contact him through email because I was starting to get a little rust on the jeep and got no response. Definitely were tricks, gimmicks, and a lot of hassles. I would not recommend this dealer just because they don't seem like honest people in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE! More

Brent put us at our ease and made us feel confident we would be able to work together to arrive at a happy conclusion. Buying a new vehicle has many opportunities for misunderstanding and unwarranted expectations. Brent helped to keep our search for a new vehicle focused and on track and we ended up very happy and satisfied. We would be more than happy to work with him again when the opportunity arises and would recommend him as well as Patton to our friends without reservation. More
