I am a pastor of a local Southern Baptist Church. I would definetly recommend Mary to all of my members. Kimberly was very helpful from the minute i walked into the dealership. I was orginally looking at a used car but she was up front with me and informed me due to my credit score that i would probably have the dealership. we can't say enough about the great experience that we had at Mike Patton, Robert Drennan was abosutely wonderful to us very friendly and professional and mostly very patient after settling on a Dodge Jou had at Mike Patton, Robert Drennan was abosutely wonderful to us very friendly and professional and mostly very patient after settling on a Dodge Journey for our new purchase we wanted a red one which they did not have on the lot but after a diligent search they found us a red one and were working on getting it delivered and in the middle of the process we changed our mind on the color and they had to begin a search again and found us exactly what we wanted with never a cross word or getting aggrevated with us even after working a couple extra hours to satisfy us. The purchase experience was fast, efficient and courteous. The pricing on the vehicle was fair, so much so that we drove from Birmingham to purchase the vehicle. Our ales rep, DJ Galligan, came i courteous. The pricing on the vehicle was fair, so much so that we drove from Birmingham to purchase the vehicle. Our ales rep, DJ Galligan, came in on his off day to ensure that our purchase visit went perfectly smoothly. (Remember, he's paid on salary, not commission. As such, he had no direct incentive to give up his free time.) DJ had worked to know the vehicle (a Volvo) which was not in the dealership's normal inventory and was prepared and informed. He followed up on a timely basis and offered a complete background on the maintenance done to the vehicle by the dealer before putting in the used car fleet. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and, but for one repair, been flawless. More

I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Mike Patton Auto group in December 2009. I am not sure if these issues are with the overall group or just Mike Patton Dodge, but I felt I should share my experience. My wife and I recently had our first kid and we realized we need a larger vehicle. We took my fusion to the dealership to see what we could get on trade in for a new Durango. I owe about 15k on my fusion, which is well below kbb and nada values for the car. We were expecting a fair offer for our trade-in, honestly I was stunned. We were offered 12,600 for the vehicle. Cory admitted my car was in excellent shape, only needing new tires to be ready to re-sell. When I questioned him on this they explained they used an average of the 3 sources for car value (Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Blackbook). We could not come to an agreement, which was disappointing. After we got home I just had this feeling they were trying to dupe me so I did what I should have done before we went, research. The avg price of a fusion on autotrader.com (all of which are car dealers) is 16301 while cars.com is 17024. I even checked craigslist to get more data and the average was 16995. Private party value for the car is 18535 on KBB & 17950 on NADA while trade in was listed as 16725 on KBB & 16,875 on NADA. Now I can understand they need to make money on a trade in, however these numbers are way to far apart. This whole experience is disappointing, mostly because after buying my fusion from Mike Patton I planned on buying all of our vehicles there. However, being nice to customers and acting like you have their best interest in mind does not make up for a discrepancy like this. More
