I had been looking for a car for 3 weeks and the dealerships that I visited was simply horrible. I was just about to give up until my best friend found the suv I was looking for online.I was hesitant to go but we drove down from Atlanta to see the suv. The entire staff was polite from the moment we owalked through the front door. The entire transaction took about 4hours . Not bad at all. When I got home I looked in the glove box and found a gift. The manual to life....the new testament . I was blown away. I believe everything happens for a reason . I know god guided me there. Everything happen so smoothly. I can go on and on about my experience and how wonderful it was. I will recommend mike Patton auto and Joseph Carroll and the entire staff to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car. This was my first car buying experience. I am 23 and just starting out so I needed a good used vehicle, preferably a truck. I went to Mike Patton based on a the experience a friend of mine had buying his F-1 starting out so I needed a good used vehicle, preferably a truck. I went to Mike Patton based on a the experience a friend of mine had buying his F-150. I was greeted by one of the greeting staff who then brought out Robert to help. He was excellent from start to finish. Helped talk me through the whole process, never pressured me, worked hard to find something that I could finance with ease. I ended up being shown a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It is great! Perfect for what I need for work and a great vehicle for me and my fiance to start out with. The price came in under blue book just like the promise it will. Quentin finished up my sale and maintained the excellent customer service I had grown used to over the buying process. I will come back to Mike Patton when it is time to buy my fiance a new car. No doubt. More

The three employess who helped me the most at Mike Patton were Dan, Quentin, and George. This was the first time I've purchased a car and they did an outstanding job. Dan, who initially showed me the car, kn were Dan, Quentin, and George. This was the first time I've purchased a car and they did an outstanding job. Dan, who initially showed me the car, knew up front the monthly payment I could make, and at that got it for an even lower price. The day before I had been to another dealership and felt almost disrespected by the way they tried to tell me a car, and at a price double to what I told them I could afford. Dan did an excellent job with helping me find the car for me, and at a price I could pay. Secondly, Quentin helped me with all the paper work that followed. He was great! He explained everything so I could understand what I was signing, and how things like my payments would work in the future. In the end I had to finance my car thru a different bank, and he was more than helpful with redoing all of the paperwork. Lastly, George helped me a tremendous amount. Any questions I've had so far George has been able to answer, and even go beyond a simple answer. George is probably one of your biggest assets to your business I would say. All in all though all three of these gentlemen were extremely helpful, hospitable, and showed outstanding patience with me on buying my first car. I've already told countless people that Mike Patton is the place to go if in need of a car! Thanks so much for all of your help. More

The prices are a steal. After purchasing three cars from Mike Patton, I've yet to be disappointed. In the past with every purchase I would drive around and searche for better deals at other dealships and th Mike Patton, I've yet to be disappointed. I walked in this morning expecting to leave with a used car because i had negative equity in my trade in but instead i left with a 2012 Dodge Journey, that has enough room for my family, still looks sporty and rides like a sedan even though it is a SUV.
