The service department took car of my ac problem quickly once I brought my car in when it acted up. I appreciate what Jeremy, Bryan and Pete did to quickly get it fixed and back to me. Service shop is solid, friendly and helpful. Did ask for specific items to be worked on and changed, they said it wasn’t needed. I took my escape in because my ac was having the same trouble on the driver’s side that it had in November of 2020. I had documented when and what happened with dates and times of day. They didn’t seem trouble on the driver’s side that it had in November of 2020. I had documented when and what happened with dates and times of day. They didn’t seem interested in that and said they would do their own diagnosis. They said they couldn’t get it to replicate my issue. They said they drove for over an hour, couldn’t get it to happen. I told them they needed to figure it out, and that I would send them a copy of my documentation. I didn’t want to bring my car back not fixed. It’s to hot to drive around with hot air coming out of the vent. When they worked on it last year, they determined it was the blend doors, so they replaced them. It worked fine after that. The service manager even said it was probably the blend doors. It seems to me that with my documentation and the comparison with what happened last year, they should be able to do something to fix it. I actually went through the same thing when I brought it in before. I finally had to bring it in when it was doing it for me. Then they were able to fix it. That is what they wanted me to do this time. I work during the week and that will be difficult to do, but I’m going to try. I just feel like they should be able to fix it without that. I totally get that they had to do it that way the first time, but I don’t think it was as necessary. Thanks for “listening”. Beth Adair More
